Morning all.

week 3 and lost 2lb. Happy with that as my TOTM is friday.

Weekend has been good. Went football with my boys and Ive kepy busy/moving.

Tummy has bloated up but I think its cause of the monthlys coming GGrrrrr

B. Atkins bar
L. Chicken salad with mayo
D. Chicken fried in butter with cabbage


Need a kicking up the bum as water intake has been slow BUT Ive stayed of the wine : o )
