Thanks girls :) i started off having a lovely day today at my cousins christening, now turned into a bad day as the ex friend (who let me down and really really upset me a few months back), well HER friend sent me a facebook message today..not a nasty one, but i honestly dont have the energy to deal with her or the ex friend..she hurt me soooo much and i cried soooo many tears over her, so tbh her and her friend can do one because i need to move on with my life and leave people like that in my past...:)

Thanks hun :) its hard because i'm always thinking about it!I need something to distract me hehe girly night out sounds good! I have brilliant friends in real life and on here :D but its always going to hurt when u lose a best friend :( Like u say i'll be fine in a couple of days :) just got to think about numero uno for once!!

Going to pick up my old laptap that has been fixed or voucher for a new one tonight! hope its the latter but i will be happy to have my old one back as long as its been fixed :) will let u know later!

Food today hasnt been brilliant so far, but drank two 75cl bottles of water so far - does anyone know how many cups this equates to??

Gigantic hugs! I assume a glass is 250ml as they say 8 a day or 2 litres so that's my logic :)

Don't worry about the ex friend! Make plans with the real friends :) xx
 
Thanks Carls :) i world it out yesterday i need to drink 3 big bottles to get my 2litres in...did it yesterday but its hard work and i need to loo constantly lol!!

Day 9 of the 30 day shred last night :) Hopefully will beable to carry on with it for another 21 days without any interruptions!

So day 10 of the shred done last night, legs, arms and bum are killing today hehe, day 11 tonight when i get home im on a roll people!

Trying to stick to my 2litres of water a day this week!, im feeling very tired this week though i thought all that water would have made me feel more alert!!

Breakfast - so healthy! was in a rush :)

2 Small slices of garlic chicken pizza, popped to a friends house over lunch and she'd cooked a pizza for us! :) gonna say 6 for this...6pts

I am so annoyed with myself :cry:, had a massive binge last night :cry::cry::cry:I dont know what came over me but i felt so totally ravished and like i'd not ate anything for days :mad::mad::mad:

So, on top of my 22.5pts yesterday i had;

Half a ham sandwich - 3pts
Crumpet with spread - 2pts
Crisps - 2pts
Chocolate fingers - 2.5pts
Funsize flake - 2pts
1 Ryvita with cottage cheese - 1pts

So yesterday i had 35 points..:cry::cry::cry:I am so annoyed and ashamed at myself! as if i'm gonna lose weight this week now! i didnt even need the food i just couldnt stop eating! Ineed to stop doing silly things otherwise i am always GOING TO BE FAT AND UNHAPPY!!

So that was what 13 points over daily? A couple of very very good excersize/salad days you could make that back up!
 
Ahhhh Nic hunny!! Don't worry and don't be annoyed at yourself you're doing soo well! You're the best person I know at this as you never slip up ever, and you didn't really eat much more at all, def not a binge! We all have times when we slip up (God, I seem to be doing it every week recently) We're only human. And I think eating a bit more now and then is good as it increases the metabolism :) I'm sure you will def still lose tomorrow, but if not it doesn't matter.. just draw a line under it. You've lost so much weight so far and so determined you will def get to where you want to be!! If it makes you feel better today eat less points, but do not let yourself go hungry! Hope you're feeling a bit better. Just think what you'd say to me if I was upset now :) xxxxx
 
It's one day chick! It can't ruin a whole week! Pull bk a couple of points a day and sure u will be fine :D hugs! Good luck x

Despite my binge, i lost 2lb this week, so relieved! and i have learnt my lesson! smacked bum! xx

Had a busy day today so far, been to pick up my new glasses from specsavers, they cost me a bloody fortune :( they are taking some getting used to but i only need them for watching tv/cinema etc...i will wear them tho because i want my moneysworth! Also went to pick up our new fish tank :D fishes will be in tomorrow excitedddd, not sure what we are getting or what fish go best together though...:/

Dont usually write my diary in here over the weekend but i've decided i need to if i want to reach my christmas target! I do point on a weekend but only in my head....:)
