Afternoon all...sat in working typing away if i dont have a coffee soon i may fall asleep! 4 oclock slump anyone?
Writing my diary now as off to a zumba class later to shake my fat bum!

Homemade chicken curry (chicken, 1/4 jar masala sauce, onions, peppers) - 6pts
Half packet of boiled rice - 4pts
1 x garlic baguette slice - 2pts? guessing!
Total = 23.5pts, slightly over but have overpointed for curry and garlic bread so should be fine for weigh in tomorrow eek! x
