Hello lovely, sorry to hear those scales are being so mean! You can achieve loads in 6 weeks, so don't panic
I'm going to be 100% on plan during the week for the next few weeks but I've managed to wangle birthday celebrations every weekend for the next FOUR weekends! So heaven knows what the scales will make of that! I was a bit naughty whilst out in London yesterday, so I'm totally with you on being back on it big-style today. I've already had my yoghurt and a few strawberries but I'm feeling peckish! Nightmare! Might have to pop down to Tesco in a bit to buy myself some melon!

Think what you have achieved in 6 weeks before when you are 100% on plan and exercising etc - you could in theory lose 12lbs or so....you will do this!!
You can totally do it. I've had a difficult weekend and been a mix of good and awful at the weekend as I was support crew for my OH and chums as they did the Trailwalker challenge (walk 100km along South Downs - they did it in 25h! So proud) and we were awake and busy for 30h so eating plan went out of the window. Mind you I think my body is confused as this morning the scales were showing 12st3.5! And that's despite eating a pork pie....and the rest (chocolate etc). Naughty but nice
Completely focused and back on plan today despite tiredness and having to sort out cars and the house :-s
We can do this girls! I've got a wedding in 4 weeks and got a dress to fit into!

Well done you, back on it! When I've recovered I must kick my own backside out the door and go for a run :-s (half marathon in sept - eek!)
Was v good and on plan all day but then went for post-Trailwalker celebratory curry with the OH - had half a tandoori chicken and the salad, and a veg curry that wasn't too oily. Hopefully that's not too naughty but prob over my syns for the day. Had to be done though and v tasty so worth it!
back to speed soup tomorrow

Sorry to hear about the scales, but like I mentioned, we are ALL going to have THOSE times where you fancy what YOU want.. so you should have it! You'll get back to it in no time! Already sounds like you are
Never did the boot sale in the end so no burger, but... we did end up going for a 3 course chinese meal! Prawn Crackers, Prawn & Chicken chow mein & a honey pecan chocolate pot for dessert! I also had a 99 ice cream down the beach! Colin the OH put on 2 pounds after the weekend.. so he has a lot of being good to do.. as for me I WAS SHOCKED. I weighed exactly the same today as I did last Thursday (weigh in day) according to the wii (which usually puts me a bit heavier)! On the kitchen scales tonight, after a whole day of eating I'm coming up as 11st 2.. so hopefully tomorrow morning the scales may be kind to me
No more rubbish now though! ... Haha, I keep saying that, but yeah, I don't want to keep taking the risks. I NEED to get into the TENS!!! Good Luck Miss Nix xx

thank you! i managed to lose 2 stone last time around on SW last year but had a break and put most of it back on, but back now to blast through it once more and hopefully for the last time xx
