Hello lovely, sorry to hear those scales are being so mean! You can achieve loads in 6 weeks, so don't panic :)

I'm going to be 100% on plan during the week for the next few weeks but I've managed to wangle birthday celebrations every weekend for the next FOUR weekends! So heaven knows what the scales will make of that! I was a bit naughty whilst out in London yesterday, so I'm totally with you on being back on it big-style today. I've already had my yoghurt and a few strawberries but I'm feeling peckish! Nightmare! Might have to pop down to Tesco in a bit to buy myself some melon!

Hello lovely! How did you get on today?? I didn't find it too bad, I was strangely craving savoury food which is quite unlike me but I think a sign that my body was ready to start eating real food again! :D Wow 4 weekends of celebrations, that sounds FAB!! What are you doing on each? 30th birthdays definitely need to be extended for as long as physically possible! :D x

Think what you have achieved in 6 weeks before when you are 100% on plan and exercising etc - you could in theory lose 12lbs or so....you will do this!!

That's exactly what I'm focusing on, I know I can achieve loads when I set my mind to it... know I've got a couple of weekends that might be tricky but am just going to have to try my very hardest on every other day :) x

You can totally do it. I've had a difficult weekend and been a mix of good and awful at the weekend as I was support crew for my OH and chums as they did the Trailwalker challenge (walk 100km along South Downs - they did it in 25h! So proud) and we were awake and busy for 30h so eating plan went out of the window. Mind you I think my body is confused as this morning the scales were showing 12st3.5! And that's despite eating a pork pie....and the rest (chocolate etc). Naughty but nice ;)

Completely focused and back on plan today despite tiredness and having to sort out cars and the house :-s

We can do this girls! I've got a wedding in 4 weeks and got a dress to fit into!

Wow awake for 30 hours?! I would have been a total grumpy mare by the end of that! :D Countdowns all around though for hols, weddings etc, let's all get super focused and do this!! :D x

So end of the day check-in... it really wasn't too bad! I did get a proper stodge craving this afternoon but knew I had my chilli to come home to, so was fine :) Got my bum back into the gym too and feel sooooo much better for it, I can get back into my good routine for definite, the feeling afterwards is so worth it!!

Breakfast: Danio (1), Half a Banana (had gone too floury, wasn't keen!)
Lunch: Beef & Tomato Sandwich (HEB + 1.5 for Butter), Apple, Cherries, Peach
Exercise: 40 mins gym (bike) - finished my book which had such a lovely ending - Welcome to my World by Miranda Dickinson :)
Dinner: Chilli Con Carne with Brown Rice, Yogurt & 40g Low Fat Cheddar (HEA)
Dessert: Eton Mess with Strawberries, 2 mini Meringues (2) and a squirt of Creamfields Light (1)

Summary (EE): 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 5.5 Syns, 40 mins Exercise, Day 1 of being 100%

Tomorrow's rough plan...

Exercise: Gym (40 mins on bike if I can get up in time! have got my Dan Brown at the ready! :D)
Breakfast: Danio (1), Banana (nice fresh one!)
Lunch: BBQ Turkey Sandwich (HEB) with Turkey Pieces, Mixed Salad & Lighter than Light Mayo (0.5), Apple, Peach, Grapes
Dinner: Chilli Con Carne with Brown Rice, Yogurt & 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HEA)
 
Well done you, back on it! When I've recovered I must kick my own backside out the door and go for a run :-s (half marathon in sept - eek!)

Was v good and on plan all day but then went for post-Trailwalker celebratory curry with the OH - had half a tandoori chicken and the salad, and a veg curry that wasn't too oily. Hopefully that's not too naughty but prob over my syns for the day. Had to be done though and v tasty so worth it!

back to speed soup tomorrow ;)

Sorry to hear about the scales, but like I mentioned, we are ALL going to have THOSE times where you fancy what YOU want.. so you should have it! You'll get back to it in no time! Already sounds like you are :p

Never did the boot sale in the end so no burger, but... we did end up going for a 3 course chinese meal! Prawn Crackers, Prawn & Chicken chow mein & a honey pecan chocolate pot for dessert! I also had a 99 ice cream down the beach! Colin the OH put on 2 pounds after the weekend.. so he has a lot of being good to do.. as for me I WAS SHOCKED. I weighed exactly the same today as I did last Thursday (weigh in day) according to the wii (which usually puts me a bit heavier)! On the kitchen scales tonight, after a whole day of eating I'm coming up as 11st 2.. so hopefully tomorrow morning the scales may be kind to me :)

No more rubbish now though! ... Haha, I keep saying that, but yeah, I don't want to keep taking the risks. I NEED to get into the TENS!!! Good Luck Miss Nix xx

Half marathon?! Go you!! Might follow your lead and make some soup tomorrow night... the one I made last week ended up going off while I was gorging myself on chocolate and wine, doh! :rolleyes:

Haha yep I am totally back on it, I need to get back into the 10s, felt fab for those couple of weeks!!! :D That's amazing that you've had such a lucky escape this weekend, the being good around the being bad must have balanced everything out :) Good luck to you too!! xx

I really really really wanted to go Las Vegas this sept 7th-14th but OH had nothing of it so staying put :( where you staying and what you doing. Am so jealous!!! xx
 
Aww that's almost exactly the dates I'm there!! I'm staying at the Aria which looks lovely with a few of my friends, and then some of my other friends are at the Wynn :) We're def going to do the Grand Canyon tour where it lands in the canyon, I want to see Cirque de Soleil, we want to go to one of the big pool parties (either at the MGM or the Wynn, depends which days they're on as we've only got 4 nights), one of the big club nights (possibly at Marquee) and then, just for the fun of it, we're going to go to a lapdancing club!! :eek: My friend does poledancing and wants to go and show the ladies how it's done haha! :D So it's going to be fairly full-on! Of course we'll have to fit in the usual trip around all the casinos and hotels too, so I think sleeping might have to wait until I come home! :D Tell your fella to get it sorted so you can go! ;) xx

thank you! i managed to lose 2 stone last time around on SW last year but had a break and put most of it back on, but back now to blast through it once more and hopefully for the last time :) xx

Morning all!

Up in time to get to the gym, and the scales now say 11st 1.25lbs, so marginally better than yesterday! Sticking to the food plan I made last night... day 2 of being 100% coming up!

Exercise: Gym (40 mins on bike)
