Evening ladies!
Well it was the fateful weigh-in day where I had to face up to how naughty I've been.... 3lbs on!!
ooooops! That means I've lost my 2st award by 2lbs, so that has got to be sorted and pronto!! 5.5lbs on in 2 weeks!!
Am feeling proper bloated and horrible today too, TOTM is due any hour now and my belly looks like a bowling ball, not nice! But it's all an incentive to just get myself back on plan and sorted so I can start feeling better in myself again. It's so weird that I'm still actually only 1lb heavier than I was before I went on holidays, but I feel twice the size!! The lbs seem so much more noticeable when they creep on when you're a bit smaller - when I was 13st+ I didn't really notice the odd lb or 3 sneaking on!! One of my size 14 skirts feels snug today whereas I've been wearing size 12s for the past month!!
Anyway, on a positive note, made it to the gym again this morning so that's 3 days in a row now, am officially back in routine!
And pilates is back on tomorrow night and I'm really looking forward to it, am so glad to have gotten back into my body magic as I just know that'll make me feel better about myself
Was really good foodwise all day, have been a bit naughty tonight, although not horrifically so, so shouldn't set me off on the wrong foot for the week or anything...
Breakfast: Mullerlight, Apple
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup, Peach, Grapes
Snack: Rice Krispies Squares Rocky Road ()
Dinner: Bacon Butties (HEB + 3)
Snacks: 5 Roses Chocs (12.5 if 2.5 each?), Hoops & Crosses (4.5), 45g Hotel Chocolat chocolate (?), bit of Butterscotch icecream (throwing rest away, not really enjoying it), glass of wine (6), 30g cheese (HEA)
Summary: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, too many syns, 30 mins exercise, 3lbs on!!
Tomorrow is a new day and a new week - I'm going to stay within my syns, try to do exercise every day, get plenty of sleep, plenty of water, and generally look after myself
Have got lunch and dinner sorted for tomorrow (sushi for lunch and chilli for dinner), and then will sit down and write my new menu for the week tomorrow night, might have to try out something new as haven't done that for a while
Halfway through the week, big scary presentation to bigwigs done at work today, so the weekend is calling!
