Ooops rather a lot 2 hrs in the gym and a 45 min spin class
Well was no trouble getting back on it and I really enjoyed having my gallete as supper tonight gives me something nice and sweet to look forward to at the end of the day ....might be my new thing
Did lots of cardio at the gym hopefully I've burned the badness of Sunday away but gonna have a few pp days to get me back in ketosis x
