Week 6, Day 6 - pro points

Evening lovelies :)

Dare I say it but i'm feeling much more positive about weigh in on Saturday. I feel I've got my portion sizes back in check as well.

My lovely food for today.

B - 30g cheerios (3)

1/4 pint skimmed milk (1)

L - 0 point home made veg soup (0)
2 x warby thins (6)

Tesco value cereal bar (2)

D - chickpea and tomato curry (5)
2 x tesco value pitta (7)
Yogurt and mint sauce (2)

I can't wait to try the Straight Cut Chips, hope they taste as yummy as the Crinkle Cuts! X

They're ok but not as nice as the crinkle cut ones xx
 
Hi Nic, Mother Nature sure can be annoying! Does PCOS cause you lots of pain :( ?

I did enjoy the real chips the other day but prefer twice as many home made ones 4 the same pp.

Time really is flying & glad I'm still enjoying WW.

PCOS causes me to have very irregular periods, weight gain, bloating and a lot of pain during totm. Weight loss really helps though and regulates my periods.

True about the home made chips more for less pp :) xx

Guess I shouldn't complain that mine only happens once a month. Another good reason 2 stay in the zone.
 
I never said much at SW meetings which is why I started following the plan from home years ago. This forum way better, I reckon members would pay just for the banter! Night Ladies :)

I hope losing weight sorts everything out and I really am in the zone I can't believe I have been for nearly 6 weeks now :) xx
