Nic's Food Diary

Week 7, Day 1 - Pro points

Evening lovely minis

Had a busy day today. Tidying the house, washing, cutting the grass and tidying the garden. Shame my antihistamines haven't worked properly today and my eyes are streaming, nose running and throat itchy. My hubby usually does the garden but due to his recent surgery he cannot do anything like this yet. He tried to do a little last week and ended up with severe headache.

Anyway this is supposed to be a food diary(F & H):-

Brunch - 2 x warby thins, 2 rashers lean bacon and one fried egg (oil from allowance)

D - Small amount of curry goat, chickpea and tomato curry and brown rice (3)

S - Cornetto enigma (5)

Yum yum to the curries :)

Have a great evening minis

Love nic xx

Sorry to head your hayfever has been bad, do you get your antihistamine from the GP?

Your day sounds scrummy! Hope u enjoy(ed) your Cornetto, I have a VERY special treat planned tonight! X

Hey Serena

I get my antihistamines from the supermarket or chemist, GP told me they were just the same as the ones he could prescribe, but cheaper as I don't have to pay for a prescription. Boo to hayfever :(

just finished my yummy tea and will have the cornetto in a short while.

I would prefer to have this though (my brother posted this on facebook):-

The ones my GP gave me are much stronger than the ones you can buy over the counter, maybe different gps do different things? Wow! That Cheesecake looks AMAZING, you're gonna LOVE my TT tonight! X

Your sense of humour seems similar to mine hun, I seem to interpret everything as rude or innuendo, good job I work with like minded folk (tbh they're probably worse) :) xx

I've had a quiet one hun apart from the gardening. Stayed at home all day as hubby has had headache from hell all day, he has headaches most days since having a brain harmorrhage in march and following surgery for it at that time. He still recovering but getting better every day. Xx
