Sorry that you STS Nic I know it's disheartening when you've stuck 2 the plan all week. Good idea to do some pro point days to mix it up a bit. I definitely eat more both portion & calorie wise when on F&H, which is why I enjoy doing those days on the weekend. Also I always have points left for treats on PP days :)

Doing pp during the week and f & h for the weekend sounds like a good plan and you're right about treats, you do seem to get more points free for these on pp days :) xx

Thanks for all your support. I definitely would normally have given up after 2 STS. Or at least gone of plan and had a binge. Thanks to minis I know where to come if I feel like that. I just log on and have a read, not always posting but feeling motvated by you all xx

Food diary for today:-

B - Quaker oats so simple heaps of fruit - summer fruits (6)

L - coffee and TV chocolate digestive bar (3) - not very hungry had breakfast late

D - Home made chilli (6)
Easy cook rice 200 g (8)

S - TV salt and vinegar sticks (2)
Toasted warby wholemeal wrap with chocolate & hazelnut spread (6)

Dailies - 26/26
Weeklies 8/49

I can't eat porridge with water I can just about cope with half milk and half water. I don't like the special k one I find it a bit slimy.

Hello mins

thanks ladies,

Unfortunately I got another STS yesterday :confused: I'm gonna do pp fron today and see if that makes a difference. Maybe portion sizes have crept up again and I need to rein it in a little.

Food for yesterday:-
B - 2 x crumpet with TV cheese spread and bovril (1)

L - Mixed veg mayflower curry (1)
Basmati rice

D - 2 x TV pitta bread
Spicy chicken breast
Salad - lettuce, cucumber, onion
Raita (1)

I managed to avoid and not eat any carnival food (fried chicken, jerk chicken and curry goat and rice and peas, oh and one of my faves fried dumpling)!

We came home and I made the chicken pittas instead - can't risk a third STS !

I even wore a maxi dress which surprised my hubby because I only ever wear trousers and jeans lol.

Morning Nic. Food for yesterday looks very good. love homemade chilli! Have you tried having some with a deli wrap and salad? It makes a lovely change instead of rice sometimes and is yum ;) xx


I love chilli too, we have it a lot as you can probably tell by my diary :) I've never tried it with deli wraps. We used to have french bread and butter ( not any more just too many pp) :( xx
