Sorry i've been AWOL yet again minis
I weighed in on Sunday and I lost 0.5 lbs last week, which I am happy with, at least it is going in the right direction.
I've been really busy at work, playing netball (we won for the first time this week ), and visiting family this week and haven't really had chance to come on minis.
