back from zumba. didn't put my polar watch on but i usually say 500 cals. so
food -
brekkie - cd shake 138 cals
snack - banana 70 cals
lunch - quorn and salad sarnie 300 cals
snack - 2 x bisc and crumpet 250 cals
snack - buttons 100 cals
snack - cd bar (post zumba snack) 175
tea - cottage cheese and salad with brown bread 500 cals
milk - 50 cals
total cals - 1583 (thing is if you take my 350cals of cr*p food it would be 1233 cals)
today's exercise cal total is..... 700+500 = 1200 cals. phew! saving grace
