off to comic relief zumba in 25 mins.... excited :D wonder how many cals i'll burn. don't know whether to wear my watch thing or not. couldn't get any headband boppers from anywhere :( flaming sainsbury's!
 
Loved my Zumba class comic relief Zumba should happen every Friday night.

757 cals burnt according to my polar watch but I think it's 'out' so going to take it as 800c. Drank 2.5l of water. Didn't stay for nibbles. Hungry. Had a glass of wine though!

hey hun , just catching up on your diary , i see you are getting plenty of comments on here now :D I dont seem to be able to get any interest !!!

Your LOs are gorgeous , how old are they ? your DD looked fab for comic relief , I was rubbish today , meant to dress my eldest Elena up for pre school but I was at work last night and left out normal clothes for her .. and her red nose wouldnt stay on her tiny nose !!!! My girlies are 4 and 1 , keep me busy :)

It is hard moving to maintenance cause you do loose people that haven't got to this stage. It's easy to do the diary section and overlook the other sections. I used to do it and had to make myself go to this section to find shanny.
 
Oh I might go and have a look tomorrow!! I also need to get another friends little one something for her first birthday, prob a trip to Toys R Us tomorrow too.

Ha ha you won't get rid of me, I'll always track you down lol. It is so easy to lose people if you move but you also gain new people eventually. But you're stuck with me lol. You can feel like a celeb with a stalker 8)

I was going to go to the gym this aft, ease back in gently with a little session then another big swim, but it's the rugby all afternoon and I'm still a little bit achey. So I'll go tomorrow instead.

I'll go out in a minute and wash the car I think. It's an embarrassment. I almost got the guys at the gym to valet it and wash it on Thursday but was too embarrassed, it looks like I've been off-roading in it. I'm going to have to take it to Saltburn to the jetwash to get the thick of it off, then wash it and wax it. A sure way to make it rain lol.
 
i take mine to in and out near stockton asda when it's just too bad for me to tackle otherwise it's every 2 weeks for the inside and every week through the carwash until the weather gets warmer then it'll be me doing it.

It doesn't matter how many you have so long as they're important to you. Hope your WI goes better than mine!!
 
1st cd of the day. Wasn't hungry til now. New philosophy- don't eat unless you are hungry. Then drink a pint of water whilst preparing, don't pick!

Just read through your new diary -- I don't think I realised that you had started one on Maintenance. I had hoped to be starting one of my own soon, but now I am thinking it will not be until after Easter.

Some of the details in this diary I had gotten from your other posts, but I totally loved the pics of Lil Dude and Lil Miss. What lovely children. And, your house is beautifully decorated.

I am impressed that you have already been maintaining for three months. I am sure that with Beck and time you'll find a food and exercise plan that works for you.

You are very inspiratonal and I had no idea that you had started at 22 stone -- that is 308 pounds! Your stats list your start weight at 205 pounds. And, I was impressed with your losses from that point.

I am so glad that you have lost this weight and worked on your fitness whilst your children are so young. Mostly for health reasons and, of course, beign a healthy model for your children. But also, because of social impact on your children. I had a friend that started at about what you did (and she was about your height) -- she had gastric bypass. Anyway, she asked her 12 year old son (who was about 4 when she had the op), if he remembered her ever being fat. He thought about it and said, "No." Her daughter who is three years older did, and what she remembered was the mean things the other kids said about her mum. Sad.

i was 22st at 22 years old and lost weight on just a normal diet. didn't even know about cd back then. i actually found out about it on my honeymoon and started on it when i came home. lost a bit but got pregs with emily etc etc :)

i'm hoping emily will never remember me being fat. i did get large after dude but she was between 2y4m and 3y6m when lost most of it again.
 
only did beck twice today. once when i wrote them on here and on my phone and then again when i re-ready my post. i must do better than this.
 
It's tomorrow too! Think I've STS since I put on last time :(. Just feel like I can't do it. I seem to mess up all the time and it all my own fault!
 
My turn to help you out :D STS at this stage is good, it's what you're aiming for to maintain. I don't think you mess up, I think maintaining is the hardest part and you're doing fantastic. You have a hectic life and you do great juggling it all. I'm rubbish at advice aren't I? Lol, sorry.
