Just read through your new diary -- I don't think I realised that you had started one on Maintenance. I had hoped to be starting one of my own soon, but now I am thinking it will not be until after Easter.
Some of the details in this diary I had gotten from your other posts, but I totally loved the pics of Lil Dude and Lil Miss. What lovely children. And, your house is beautifully decorated.
I am impressed that you have already been maintaining for three months. I am sure that with Beck and time you'll find a food and exercise plan that works for you.
You are very inspiratonal and I had no idea that you had started at 22 stone -- that is 308 pounds! Your stats list your start weight at 205 pounds. And, I was impressed with your losses from that point.
I am so glad that you have lost this weight and worked on your fitness whilst your children are so young. Mostly for health reasons and, of course, beign a healthy model for your children. But also, because of social impact on your children. I had a friend that started at about what you did (and she was about your height) -- she had gastric bypass. Anyway, she asked her 12 year old son (who was about 4 when she had the op), if he remembered her ever being fat. He thought about it and said, "No." Her daughter who is three years older did, and what she remembered was the mean things the other kids said about her mum. Sad.
