:( yep. i've also had weeks where i've lost nothing at all too. i've gone up since monday's weigh in but some of it was cause i was naughty on monday and a bit of tuesday too. yesterday was a good day and today will be too. monday i weighed in at 11st 3.5lbs and yesterday i was 11st 7.5lbs :eek: today i'm down a pound. mind i need to GO as i've not BEEN :rolleyes: are you the same or are you 'going/been' this could account for it. i think i retain water when i exercise hun. could be the same for you too.
 
meant to say that my zumba instructor thinks i'll be great doing the instructors course, no probs at all.

I went yesterday morning and thought i was gonna flood the toilet that's only because i took a senna tablet on monday night..:eek: otherwise i would still be struggling.

this could account for it. i think i retain water when i exercise hun. could be the same for you too.

well i dont know if i like this exercise = water retition= weight gains!!!!:D:D:D

will see what tomorrow says.. was just a shock really.

Nikki take a tablet if u have any, as this is y u have gone up on the scales?
 
just back from the gym. it's nice having ems off school in one respect cause i get to use the full 2 hours of my creche time instead of leaving early.

so today's exericse has been....

core stability
zumba then
15 mins on the bike.

cals burnt today 650. :D pleased with that.

food so far

porridge 150 cals
apple 50 cals
a bit of cheese (i was starving) 50 cals
another apple 50 cals
crumpet 100 cals
hot choc options drink 40 cals (440 cals so far) i put this here cause it's got cals in it.

drink

2 cups of coffee
5 pints of water (4 of which was drank at the gym)
1/2 pint of dr pepper zero
a can of dr pepper zero
hot choc options drink 40 cals

not sure what to have for dinner as i am hungry. thinking cd soup then the salad leaves, although i am also thinking cd shake and another porridge (not cd porridge) depends on whether i can do a 1000 plan day today. i suppose i can always have an extra apple or 2.

got to finish painting the hall today. did the stairs and landing yesterday but not the hall. i need to get going before the roller and brush dry out.

haven't started painting the hall yet. just hoovered up again, done the pots, cleaned the garden of dog poop, washed the hard wood floors all after giving the kids their dinners.

feeling quite hungry so had a hot choc options and a crumpet. put these in my earlier posts where i've written the food down for the day. feeling tired now and i've still got the ironing and the hall to do.

bad food day.

been so hungry had some cheese, a crumpets and 2 options hot chocs (probably 100+100+80 = 280 cals extra, this means so far i've eaten 780 cals inc milk out of my 1000). burnt 650 cals aprox at the gym, that is my only saving grace. meaning if i can keep my cals to 1200 today i have an under eat of 300+650 cals at the gym. this is so hard

right update. have eaten a flapjack. i made some for hubby, i shouldn't have :( so i recon my total cals will be around 1500 by now. top end of STS bracket.

Looks like your choices were okay Nikki, I'm hoping I hit ketosis again tomorrow, I've only got 3 sticks left so wont bother testing until Sat morning. I've ordered some VLCD products from Kee Diet they have different flavours etc so hopefully they'll come tomorrow or Saturday, don't think I can wait until Monday.

I was so jealous of one if the guys at physio today. He was allowed to jog for the first time since his surgery for torn cruciate ligament.
 
3% battery life left that's 3 mins. looks like that's it for me tonight folks. hoping for a better day tomorrow, food wise. might try for a run if the weather isn't bad :)

Hey Nikki, how's your day going? I got my Kee diet products this morning. I had a lemon bar for breakfast and I'm having a chic fudge shake for lunch. I'm so excited, I don't know where my self control is coming from, because I'm so tempted to try everything lol but I'm not going to. :D it'll make each day more exciting :D
 
hi all

i've been busy so far today. took both kids to nursery. then i went and had a nice facial at saks. came home and painted the hall, washed the dishes and descaled the coffee machine which has asked me to do it for the last few weeks but i just haven't got round to it yet.

hubby's just come home.

don't know what to do about dude :( got a call to say that he wasn't eating his lunch and his tummy seemed to be hurting him and he was crying. i said to give him some warm milk and try to get him off for a sleep as he seemed, in their opinion, tired. then to try him on some lunch. if he wasn't well still to give me a call and i'll come and get him.

i've still got post office to go to and the ironing to do. argh!
 
i haven't had any cheese today :)

i decided to have a porridge with sweetner in it maple one. then i picked at a flapjack. not too bad really.

so far today.

breakfast - bar (175 cals)
lunch - porridge and flapjack (145+250 = 395 cals)
tea - cottage cheese and salad with carb option and apple (500 cals????)
milk - 100cals ????
total cals so far - 1170 so more of a 1200 day than a 1000 day.

no exercise today but still around 300 cal deficit.

Woo hoo glad it's come!! I ended up going to Teesside Park with mum just to stop me picking lol, been spectacularly ripped off buying ketostix at boots :( they've almost doubled in price since mum bought some last week.

what? i remember paying about £5 for them back in 2008. threw them out cause i didn't use them apart from about 4-5 initially.
 
having my hair done next week. i have major roots now. it's will have been 7 1/2 weeks since i had my colour done. it looks like it will need another cut. i had it cut 7 1/2 weeks ago then again about 3 weeks ago. it's grown again. going to have to get this all done before my zumba training :) i want to look 'wild'! :8855:
