well sunday was a washout! hubby bought a panine maker and made me a pannine. argh! back on track now! very focused. got up at 6am and went for a run (6.25am). 3 miles in 31 mins. was knackered. really took it out of me!
so far today i've had 2 shakes. butterscotch and a choc mint. had 3 pints of water too! working this afternoon so i'm hoping that i'm not going to need to the loo as i can't go! teaching zumba tonight. so all in all i could have burnt aprox 900 cals! this will help to deplete my carb stores quicker. got zumba thursday and going to run again friday and sunday!
i've got about 6 weeks on ss, 1 week on 810 then 1 week on 1000, 1 week of 1200! then laser eye surgery mid july, then healing time on 1200 and then down if needs be to get the rest off.
sorry to say i have 3 stone to loose. i put on 1 stone this year then another with my mum dying - this consisted of me getting rat faced most nights to knock me out to sleep and try to diminish my grief! not that it worked! so back to 0 alcohol, cd full on and running!
