A 1½lb loss for me today, which isn't too bad as I weighed in late last week.

I'm looking longingly at the 11stone weight range. I think about weight and weight loss WAY too much really :rolleyes:

I got out, the hubbie didn't, well apart from walking to the car lol. I went for a 4ish mile walk. Did you have a nice bank holiday?
