I'm no detective, but are you based outside the uk Elisheba? I could have sworn they do Philadelphia with Cadbury's here not milka. Either way, thanks for the extra light cream cheese + cocoa tip - even before Dukan I stayed away from the real stuff....I know where that road can lead....!!

Actually, two desserts a week will not make me fat again... it's two desserts each day, week after week that made me fat... plus all the other stuff, I will not mention right now... ( that stuff, full of sugar and / or saturated fat )

Elisheba, you are going to be super skinny! I still can't quite believe your stats, like cheese girl says, a whole little person has disappeared from you. Let us know how cruise goes and be kind to yourself. Jx

Still.... I'm going to get some berries on Saturday ..
Blueberries,blackcurrants or redcurrants.
I know it will not affect my weight loss cause I had them in the one month Consolidation
and it was ok.

Try to have some jello-o
It helps me with the fruit cravings.
( if you have fruits just once, it will not affect your weight... but once I start it is hard for me to stop ... so wish me luck)
