No matter what... carry on!

Isn't this diet GREAT?
You can eat as much as you like and still lose weight.
You can even have desserts that taste good.
And those muffins ...... better than anything you can buy!

And once you reach your goal....there is the CONSO that will help you get acquainted again
with pasta, rice, cheese, bread, fruits and the rest....
 
After a tough week at work R&R for me today.
I had so far : chicken, shrimps,pancake, 8 crab sticks.
Since it is PV I'll add some vegetables too: radish, cauliflower, broccoli.
What a great day it is!
 
Am I bulimic?

I'm on Dukan diet since 25 of July 2011.
I am pleased with the result and I lost a lot of weight.
Once in a while, 2-3 days a month, I get these bulimic episodes.
I eat all day.... every two hours.... not huge amonts but large when you add them all.
All is Dukan friendly.
Today I ate
chicken breast
shrimps
pancake
8 crab sticks
some chicken again
a sort of cake with bran and pumpkin
radishes
cauliflower
broccoli
%0 cream cheese with cocoa

Elisheba...that's a great possitive start to a Sunday morning and what you ate yestetday will have given you energy that looks like a good days worth of good foods... all allowed.... x
 
Didn't look like excessive eating to me - a normal dukan day for me!!!!
 
I know its my food intake, when I read what you all eat I worry I'm under eating massively. I feel full reading your diarys, but I can't seem to eat any more, do you's also take vitamins ?
 
Yes, I take vitamins.
Sometimes I switch to spirulina.

I don't usually eat that much.... but it was my day off and I think I wanted to spoil myself a bit.
It is all Dukan friendly so there no damage since I am on cruise....but I'm worried.
Soon, I will start conso and I will have bread, cheese and fruits in the house....
Now, that will be a challenge!
 
Hmm I think about that too and worry. I am so content on cruise that I would rather stay away from bread etc for good - will enjoy the fruit but scared about bread and cheese. TBH just be able to have veg every day will be amazing!!!! LOL - who ever would have thought that would be how we would feel! Dukan is a miracle!!! hee hee! X
 
A PROGRESSIVE conso.
That is what I intend to do.
I want to be able to maintain a healthy weight.
I intend to do all the phases this time..... no matter what!
I will NOT seek excuses anymore..... there aren't anymore left.

If you haven't tried yet .... try the smoked salmon gallete.
It is absolutely d e l i c i o u s with green onion and spices.

It goes well with Lady Grey tea.

B: 2 tablespoons of goji berries in yogurt
L: smoked chicken breast and tofu
D: chicken kebab, yogurt
oat bran muffins with stevia and poppy seeds
( 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds )

1 l of water; 0,5 l fruit tea; 0,5 l diet coke

40 min walk

oat bran galette with salmon, garlic, cumin
L: chicken kebab with steamed cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts
D: same as above + radishes + one small onion + tofu

2 liters liquids (water, tea, coffee)
30 minutes walk
