Well, I had a sneaky WI this morning and 4 lbs on lol. Was expecting it so never mind, will update when get my real WI tomorrow though.

I'm fully aware I'll probably end up eating more but this is the plan Off to Zumba for an hour at 1 so I'll be starving by the time I get home, hence the quick and easy lunch

Okay, so I know the tea has many syns in but it's grandparent's golden anniversary and I ordered the food weeks ago. Will try to be good with drinks but I'm not going to be overly strict: back on plan tomorrow and tbh if I can stay at 9 10 I'm quite happy with that
