I have a massive pile of ironing to do too. Hence y I can't really be bothered with the christening :( Plus we're both up at 6, and out almost 12 hrs tomorrow so would be nice to catch up on some sleep before the rat race starts again ;) we shall see. If he wants to go I'll do my duty and go with. Cos I'm lovely like that ;)

I love the wacky, but too big to go on things now, sob. Lol. They should make a grown ups one :D

Ah youd be surprised. You can get through most things at the wacky it's just a bit harder to bed lol. We've just had a melt down cause Rhys wants to go to the pound shop and doesn't understand that it's closed lol. Just given them some cereal and had my pineapple.

Am thinking I may go past aldi today too and check out how much the difference is with the fruit etc. I'm spending so much ATM on fruit and veg. Gotta go Costco too so gonna have a better look round there :) x
 
Awww, bless him. Hope you had a great day :) Did you manage to get your fruit and veg from Aldi? It's not cheapest for everything but they usually have the super 6 which are 69p each, last week they were 39p each! Unfortunately it wasn't really stuff I tend to buy. Definitely worth spending time looking though :)

So I slept awfully last night. Must have woken 20 times, no idea why. Off to the gym this morning for some body magic ;) New exercise plan is alternate days gym and shred with 1 day off a week. Just hope I have enough energy today :)

Anyhoo, here's today's presumptive green diary

Banana and apple
Freddo (4.5 syns)

Chicken and Mushroom pasta in five (Milk hexa)

Finally doing the big shop tonight so might end up being something different for tea.

I went and had a look but didn't find it that great. The pineapples were on the offer which is good for me but they weren't ripe and I'd rather pay the extra at asda to have them peeled and chopped lol. I hate that job. I got the bananas and apples etc from costco though, a little cheaper although not a lot.

Boo. Nothing worse than bad sleep :( good on you for getting to the gym though. I'm on spin tonight too :) I was aiming for three times a week but thats proving awkward so I'm going with a minimum of two and anything above that a bonus.

Food sounds yum, am off to do my porridge in a min :) x
 
Pity you couldn't find what you want in there. We don't have Costco round here so I have no idea what that is lol.
Well done sticking with the Spinning. It can be easy to drop something when you start finding it hard to get to so well done for just going twice instead of stopping all together :) Hope you enjoyed your porridge :D

It's a big cash and carry type place. Dangerous really lol. Easy to buy things you don't need. Aww I'm trying to talk myself out of spinning. It's funny the conversations I have with myself. It's just soooo cold x
 
Wrap up before you go out the door ;) Once you're there you'll be fine, just drag yourself there, or get your OH to physically pull you out the house :p

Day's not been too bad. Silly new lecturer has decided to give us tasks for our weekly sessions :flamingmad: In addition to the 20,000 words I need to write within the next 8 weeks, oh, and 20,000 in the few months after that. Sat at work trying to sort the stuff she wants while it's quiet lol.

Apart from that rant my day's been good :D Gym this morning and some studying done, food shop tonight and I'm sorted :) Were you asking if I'm on facebook? I'm totally not up on the jargon (as you can tell) but yeah if that's what you meant lol :eek:
 
Just the usual through the week I'm afraid. On campus 12 hours out of 24 :eek:

Week's been not too bad ta, apart from the weekend blow out, how about you?

Big shop tonight and I'm so excited: got quark, choc philly, strawberries, mint choc mullerlight, lots of fruit and veg, meat, quorn etc etc etc. Woohoo! Good food :D Can't wait to experiment :)

I'm going to try strawberries dipped in Philly. Think I'm going to make a quorn cottage pie, try to make some kind of pasta dish using quark and natural yoghurt instead of creme fraiche and grated cheese, oh, and bacon and courgette :D Possibly lasagne too lol. Oh, and making some speed soup and chilli or bolognaise to freeze! All this at 8 PM at night when I get in ;) I'm thinking if I just make big portions and freeze :)

Well the plan is to make one thing a night :) was meant to shred this morning but it's just not happening. Been full of cold since Sat and just don't have the energy :(

So here's today's extra easy day

Bacon, tomatoes, egg and beans
Chicken stirfry with noodles
Clementines
Spaghetti with bacon, courgette, quark and onion. Maybe a side salad too.
Strawberries in choc Philly (4 syns?)
Small wholemeal bun with laughing cow light (hexa and b)
Oreo (2.5)

Got to love the pig out after shopping day ;) wonder if I'll actually eat all this :)

mmmm choc Philly. Might have me some of that tonight. Day sounds gorgeous!!! Must get myself back into the shred. Have woken up all achey today though. That explains why I couldn't get warm and talk myself into the gym yesterday then!!! The food might help to fight the cold off too:) x
 
Hope you're feeling better tonight and got some choc Philly ;-) A friend from Uni came to Boro so ended up at pub :-/ 2 single Malibu and diet comes later (5.75 syns?) and a half of cider (?) and I'm home wondering why I did it. Just can't seem to stay on track at the mo. I'm not going as far off plan as I'd like to (v stressed) but still finding it hard.

Anyway. My carbonara-esque pasta dish was beautiful :) Hope you've had a good day
