Was meant to start level 3 this morning but haven't bothered. Got good results from the shred at end of level 1, combined with SW I think it was an inch off hips, calves and bust, plus half inch off waist. Stopped about half Wat through level 2 due to boredom so alternating with gym days now, plus 1 day off a week.
Have decided to draw a line under my poor behaviour and have planned food till Tuesday. I'm thinking if I plan ahead I'll be spending less time racking my brains trying to think what I can make with what I have in. Or that's the plan. Also. As much as it's wrong I'm going back to my daily weigh ins. I know for most people this doesn't work but I really have no willpower so at least of I see it sneaking up midweek I'm more likely to stay on track. Waiting till the end of the week is no good for me. So: reassessment done and focus back. Will see how I go
