Total Solution No more yo yo-ing!

Mint Chocolate shakes = yummy! Need to get some more as I don't like the choc ones :)

Well what a beautiful day! After walking up white nancy this morning and then a parade where we had to walk the length of the village to start and walked from one end of the village to the other with the parade and then walked back home along the canal I can safely say my legs feel like jelly!

Barney did surprisingly well with all the crowds - although it was hot but we made sure he had plenty of water. We're at home now basking in the sun in our back garden :) this is the life.

I've been a little naughty, when we finished the parade we ended up on a field that had lots of entertainment, a beer tent and lots of yummy food - so I had a glass of rose and a paella with patatas bravas, yum! Don't think I'll be able to not drink with all this festival frivolity but I'll try and limit it! Lol.

Having something exante and light for dinner before we go out to watch the opera on the green. There are so many amazing things to watch at this festival I'm so excited :)

I'm going to go to our allotment in a bit and tie up our peas and beans and water. Plus I have a few things to do in this garden. These were all jobs for tomorrow but there's a local mountain bike group that's doing a guided ride tomorrow at 9am and I quite fancy doing it. Trying to persuade hubby as we are getting up at 5.45 again to walk up white nancy, then while we are up there we are going to do our run along the ridge so I think after that he might think I'm crazy to want to go for a ride as well :) lol

I'm doing lots of exercise at the moment so it will make up for going off plan :) hopefully. Feeling really good :)

Here are some piccies

Well done Yoyo on all that activity. What a lovely day you are having. How long does it take to get to walk up White Nancy x

Did you have it hot or cold? Haven't tried mine yet. This was one of the flavours I was hoping I could make up as a mousse but, as we know, that experiment didn't work out too well. Haven't tried it again yet, though, with less water so might have one more attempt.

Takes about half an hour from our house to the top so it's not too bad - puffed me out though as it's quite a steep climb!

Cold with ice, it was delicious :)

Morning! Another early start for day 2 of our challenge. Down to 11 stone 3.2 today so inching ever closer to losing a stone!

For some reason my throat is so so sore! It started hurting last night, not sure whether it's hayfever related or I'm getting a cold - fingers crossed it clears quickly!

Hope everyone has a lovely day today - it looks like it's going to be another nice one xx

Hope you had another fab walk this morning. :)

Hope you had another fab walk this morning. :)

It was lovely! We carried on along kerridge ridge and did the last run of week 3 couch to 5k and then did a big circular walk back home. Went out at 6.15ish, back at 8.30.

Just having a banana shake now - probably my fav flavour. My fitness is definitely coming back. I thought this diet was hampering my fitness but I don't think it is at all now. It was more likely my anaemia but I'm taking iron tablets for that now.

Have a beautiful day in the sunshine today xx

Hi. Sounds like you're doing amazingly well and enjoying yourself at the same time!

Wow you are really going for the exercise yoyo, thats a lot to fit in before lunchtime!!
Well done though, sounds like its making you feel happier and that can only be a good thing :)

Hi. Sounds like you're doing amazingly well and enjoying yourself at the same time!

I'm loving it which is the main thing. Got all my running training planned in between now and race day. Only just enough time to finish the couch to 5k plan and then do my 8 week 5 to 10k training plan before the race! Eek! Thought it was ages away!

Lying in the sun now - bliss :)

It's great to get up so early, feels like the days are much longer :) and yes, I'm really enjoying it. I'll let you know how I feel when it's rainy and miserable - that will be the test!

Another lovely day..

I'm sat in my garden with a glass of wine and tomato and basil exante crisps :)

First time in sat down pretty much all day, apart from an hour or so on the lounger at lunchtime.

I love it when I'm constantly on the go, feels much more me. But I'm a person of extremes, I'm either on the go or lazy as! Hoping this side of me will prevail. I've really enjoyed getting up early and looking forward to doing the challenge again tomorrow. Me and hubby were talking and reckon we'll try and do it every day without fail, it's a great way to start the day. Wonder if I'll feel the same when it's cold and raining! Lol

Spent the entire day sorting the garden, went to the garden centre and spent far too much money on plants! Oops! It looks beautiful now.

My muscles are aching so I feel like I've worked hard which I like. Had a lovely soak in a hot bath :)

So, food today - really wanted normal food today - probably coz I had that paella yesterday.

Half a vanilla shake - in teas and coffees throughout the day, got enough left for one more :)
A banana shake after our run
Half a toffee nut bar at lunch
A glass of wine and half a tomato soup as crisps for tea (now)
I have half a pack left to have if I need it but I probably won't as I have a glass of wine.

I have a plan for introducing food now, I'm going to wait till I'm in the 10's and then do the exante maintenance plan (where you introduce food gradually and reduce packs over a number of weeks - I'll check my weight is still going down each week, if not I'll do the same each week and not reduce till I see a loss if that makes sense?) then when I'm on normal food again I'm going to do slimming world, and will do either SW or 5:2 fasting (with exante on fast days) to maintain.

Hope everyone has had a lovely day? Xx

Week 4 day 27

Put a tiny bit on today so now 11stone 3.3 - will I ever get to a stone off? I'm sure it will all work itself out with all this exercise I'm doing.

We're up and getting ready for day 3 of our 16 peak challenge. I'm feeling rotten because I had a really crap nights sleep - my hayfever symptoms are really bad, so I had a piece of tissue permanently in my hand, kept waking up to blow my nose so in the end I slept with my head propped up so it wouldn't keep waking me, had to take another anti histamine in the middle of the night and two ibuprofens to try and relieve the sore throat and headache.

Got a taster day at the nursery today, feeling a bit nervous but looking forward to it. Not sure if I'd take the job if offered it yet. I'd only be able to do part time and it all depends whether hubby gets his new job, of which he still hasn't heard! So it's a bit like being in limbo until we know what's happening with that.

Anyway, I'm off to get ready for our walk. Have a lovely day! X

Enjoy!
