Ok day.. Feeling a bit down still. In bed now.
Went to mums and mum dad and hubby had a yummy tea of crusty bread, cheese, salads, pork pie, quiche etc.
I had a chilli, which was nice but afterwards I couldn't stop thinking about sinking my teeth into some crusty bread and cheese, and pretty much having a binge. I literally wanted to eat and not stop. I didn't though.
So today's food:
Breakfast - coffee with vanilla shake (had half a shake pack through the course of the day)
Lunch - toffee nut bar
After school - half a bar and a coffee
Dinner - chilli and a coffee for afters
Stuck to the diet, fed up though.
There's a festival happening in our village, starting tomorrow and it only happens every 4 years or so so everyone is excited. There's lots going on and we have tickets to quite a few different events. One of the more active events is a series of walks and a challenge. The challenge is called sixteen summits at seven. You have to climb a big hill near us at seven every morning for sixteen days starting on Saturday, I think me and hubby are going to do it. But it means getting up before six every morning! I'm not an early riser so it's going to be a huge challenge but something to aim for! We might have a practice run tomorrow morning to see how early we have to set off to be at the summit by 7am.
