Thanks Katie! Hubby calls it at 3lbs. He was spot on with his guess of 8lbs the first week and he guessed 5 the second and I lost 4. I hope he's right this week. 3lbs would be amazin. I would be crushed if I STS or even gained :(

Lost 1/2 pound this week - a measly half a pound. :(

I know I should be happy that I've maintained by eating sensibly this weekend but I didn't eat very much at all!

At least I didn't gain.

Trying to be positive but I'm not happy at all.
 
It is still going the right way hun and you don't really have all that much to lose. Maybe it is just one of those weeks.

So I've decided to weigh daily this week as I've had a disappointing result today. I know my weight may go up as well as down but I'm prepared for that.

Fed up today -I want to eat normally, I'm on week 3 of my couch to 5k programme and I think next week I'll have to move out of TS to one of the plans with more calories coz I need the energy. Really struggled on my run today.

So today I have eaten:

Bfast - black coffee with 1/4 vanilla shake
Lunch - apple and cinnamon porridge
Mid afternoon - black coffee with 1/4 vanilla shake and half a toffee nut bar
Later on - half a toffee nut bar
Just now after brownies - half a mushroom soup

I'm just waiting for bed time really as I so want to eat. They were giving out fair trade choc bars at brownies - Grrr..
 
Oh Yoyo that is a good loss seeing as you had proper food for a couple of days so chin up. If you stay on track this week you will see a better loss so keep it going like today. Well done! x
 
Yoyo please be happy with your loss, just think that's two packs of fatty butter melted away, you're doing really well x
 
Thanks Katie and Susie, I know I should be pleased but I'm not. It was really hard to stick to the packs over the weekend and choose low carb high protein meals so I feel like if that's the effort I have to put in all the time to maintain, I may as we'll be fatter and happier! Lol!

Anyway, it's going in the right direction, regardless of how slowly and I'm counting the weekend as my low cal week on exante so I won't need to do another one for 3 weeks (if I stay on TS). I may well move onto one of the other plans in a week, depending on my energy levels when running and my weight loss this week.

Weighed this morning and STS, going to weigh every day for this week to see what happens. Too impatient to wait another week to see a loss.

Ok day.. Feeling a bit down still. In bed now.

Went to mums and mum dad and hubby had a yummy tea of crusty bread, cheese, salads, pork pie, quiche etc.

I had a chilli, which was nice but afterwards I couldn't stop thinking about sinking my teeth into some crusty bread and cheese, and pretty much having a binge. I literally wanted to eat and not stop. I didn't though.

So today's food:

Breakfast - coffee with vanilla shake (had half a shake pack through the course of the day)

Lunch - toffee nut bar

After school - half a bar and a coffee

Dinner - chilli and a coffee for afters

Stuck to the diet, fed up though.

There's a festival happening in our village, starting tomorrow and it only happens every 4 years or so so everyone is excited. There's lots going on and we have tickets to quite a few different events. One of the more active events is a series of walks and a challenge. The challenge is called sixteen summits at seven. You have to climb a big hill near us at seven every morning for sixteen days starting on Saturday, I think me and hubby are going to do it. But it means getting up before six every morning! I'm not an early riser so it's going to be a huge challenge but something to aim for! We might have a practice run tomorrow morning to see how early we have to set off to be at the summit by 7am. Wish me luck!
