Total Solution No more yo yo-ing!

I'd kill for legs up to my armpits. My mum has nice slim legs but not very long. Unfortunately, I inherited by dad's legs and his nickname on the football field was Crusher! Says it all!

Well you look good to me Yoyo. Wish I had longer legs. My daughter has legs up to her armpits but moans about it fgs. Hope today is a good one xx

Thanks Susie :)

Yeah the problem with long legs is a very high waist and difficulty getting trousers long enough

Well we are back in Rome now. Made bad food choices today - the longer I am on holiday the worse I get! Lol! Weighing in tomorrow and I'm dreading it. I haven't been for a run since Sunday and if we don't go tomorrow I'll only get two in this week.

I'm sure I'll be back in the 11's tomorrow :( problem is, how far into them will I be?

I know when I get home I'll lose it again but it's so frustrating! ;)

I'm enjoying myself though - suppose that's the main thing. Hope everyone else is ok?

Lol!

Glad you're having a wonderful time, enjoy your last couple of days - you can soon lose any gain when you get back xx

10 stone 12.6!!! :) not sure how that happened but glad it did. Now I'm worrying that

A. The scales here are wrong

Or

B. It's suddenly going to catch up with me

:) can't win! Happy though

Lol have faith in the scales :) x

Thats great!!

Pleased you are enjoying your holiday and still managing to stay in control :)

I feel rotten :( had a lovely meal in Rome at lunch time and was raving about it on Facebook, we had a bottle of prosecco between us too, and I allowed myself a dessert..

Well, I have been throwing up (and the other) for what seems like hours now :( and we fly home tomorrow so I hope I'm feeling better for the flight.

Not sure what has caused it, thought it might be heat stroke at first ( it has been a very hot day and we queued to get into St. Peter's basilica for ages) but seeing as I'm still throwing up I think it can't be that. Not sure whether it was eating too much at lunch (but surely I would have felt better after it went down) or whether I picked up a bug yesterday (I had fish for lunch and visited a dodgy toilets in a service station near Naples)

Needless to say, none of my lunch calories will be absorbed! (Can't believe I'm making jokes when I feel this ill )

???

Thanks Susie. All I can keep down is coke at the moment :( trying to drink water too but it just makes me feel worse. I'll have a rehydration sachet when I get home.

You poor thing yoyo! I hope it hasn't ruined your holiday. I know there is the plus side on the weight but I'm sure you'd rather not be sick. Get well soon lovely xx

Thanks Blondcat - spent all day in bed yesterday, had a couple of pieces of toast. Still feeling dehydrated, will try and drink more today.

Hi everyone

Starting to feel more myself although had a few boughts of stomach cramps when I ate today :(

Took it easy, went for a couple of easy walks - walked the easy route up white nancy this evening, had my nails done and went to harvest some veggies from our allotment.

I'm well behind on my running and abs challenge but so be it. I need to be well first.

Food wise, I've eaten granola with milk for breakfast, some toast, some with lemon marmalade we bought in Ravello, (stomach didn't like that) some with pate. Then we bought two slices of Rocky road cheesecake to take up white nancy, ate a half and had the worst stomach cramps ever! Tea I seem to be able to stomach, but not coffee. Hubby is cooking me some pasta and homemade ragu that he made yesterday while I slept all day and all night so we'll see how I stomach that.

Weight was the same this morning despite eating nothing yesterday.

Hoping I'll be better tomorrow - we're planning a nice walk as it's supposed to be a lovely day.

Hope you have all had lovely days xx

Glad you're feeling better and pleased for you that you managed to stay in the 10s. Not sure i'd have managed that in your situation.
