Yes I'm pleased I can run that distance. It's weird, coz I have walking breaks I don't feel like I'm running the distance, but when I add up the breaks it's only 14 mins out of 1hr 20 or so of running!

Good day, busy with work (our business) had a morning in the office and an afternoon meeting.

Then I had to go straight to nursery for an hour this evening to help with a deep clean.

Managed to stick to packs (except a few squares of white chocolate and a banana) so I'm pleased with that.

We'll see what the scales say tomorrow. Looking forward to my UD then official weigh in on weds :) first full week on 4:3

Morning!

10 stone 1.9 this morning :) so hopefully after an UD today if I don't go mad I'll see a loss tomorrow on weigh in

Have a great day whatever you are doing x

All that running is paying off. I think you will be happy with your WI tomorrow. Good luck. x

Hope its a good one tomorrow Yoyo, a loss will be well deserved x

Thanks Lynne, nice to know where you are in the world :) I can't stress enough that this is huge for me. I never used to even like exercise but I've finally realised that I AM a natural exerciser and our early morning hill climbs have helped me in so many ways. 1. I feel happy, I mean really happy (it's like a drug) 2. I have so much more time in the day 3. I feel like I have achieved something 4. I've made some amazing new friends 5. I'm closer to hubby - it gives us some 'me' time together, every single day - which is great when you work together so normally conversation revolves around that. 6. I feel healthy, alive and fit 7. I'm not worrying about my weight 8. I feel confident about my body, regardless of not being at my 'ideal' weight 9. I'm excited about what I can DO next, not what I can eat next! 10. I feel like a new person, but at the same time, more 'me' than ever 11. I'm enjoying every day, even week days when I'm at work. I am not going to give this up. If I falter, I will look at this post to remind myself of why I should get up early / go out for that run, even when I don't feel like it. Hope everyone else is having a great day :)

I'm just reading my diary for inspiration and to see how far I've come and came across this post. I've stopped walking up white nancy and I really should start again for all these reasons above

I can remember being 10 1/2 st and thinking I was a fat pudding! Now I looooong to be in the 10s. Sadly that'll be august for me probably! Well done chick :) x

Hey TH - how far off the 10's are you?

It's so funny.. I have lost 2 stone and nobody seems to have noticed but EVERYONE is commenting on my fringe! (In a good way)

Oops! Sorry TH I was re-reading my diary and thought oh it's September and couldn't remember what weight you were and can't see your weight on my phone app that I use to come on here.
