Did you remember to take measurements before starting the shred ?
You will definitely see and feel a difference by doing it yo yo :D

I'm eating apple cider vinegar tablets like sweeties trying to get them to melt my calcium deposits ridden shoulder so I can get back to it !
Being able to do the shred and a 30 min brisk walk in the same day is what I want for Christmas!
Can you grant that wish please CarrieClaus ? :D
 
First park run this morning - pretty pleased with my time 31.29 :) not a PB but close!
 
You are doing so well, almost a PB on the first time out is amazing. x
