Had a lovely day so far, went for a run this morning that I did not enjoy (one of those days) and then met up with friends this afternoon at a pub to meet one of my friends new babies. I got to cuddle two babies :)

I'm dead proud of myself, I had lunch before I left and didn't eat when all the others were eating. I was so tempted by the cheesecake but I resisted temptation :)

Hopefully that will be represented by a drop on the scales :)

The not so great news is that our business partner is coming up tonight so we can do some planning tomorrow. We had planned to do it on Monday since before xmas and a few days ago she tells me she has childcare issues (which she could have sorted ages ago - she's known about this meeting for ages!) and so can she come up this weekend instead. Don't really fancy working tomorrow and ruining our weekend but hey ho we have no choice.

Just got up had breakfast and out for a 6 mile run in the thick snow. It was beautiful! Now I have to spend the whole day working :( from home so it's not too bad
 
Not a great day food wise yesterday or today, mini eggs and red wine were my sins yesterday and chocolate, Christmas cake and macaroni cheese today! Oops!

Let's see what the scales say tomorrow
 
10 stone 5 today at weekly weigh in so that's a pound down :)

Really determined at the mo - slept from 4pm till bed time then through to 6 this morning so only had a bowl of cereal for tea. Then today I was at a show at the NEC so had a burger and chips for lunch. So for my tea I just had some crudités and a dip I made from melting blue Stilton into milk, it's so runny you don't get much on your veg when you dip, I ended up throwing most away. Fewer calories but all the taste :)

Did squats, sit ups, pull ups, and press ups after my run today. I'm doing the runtastic level 1 apps at the mo.

An ok day today. On my feet all day at nursery and ate with the kids although that did include Apple sponge pudding and custard, and then I had a snickers in the staff room! Lol

Only had a small tea - just fish and veg followed by a small bowl of grated Apple with milk and granola. I feel hungry but will just drink water to stave it off.

Rest day exercise wise :)
 
You are doing so well yoyo, something to aspire to for me....maintaining :)
 
Not a great day again food wise :( bad things I ate today - snickers, choc cake bar, 2 choc biscuits and pizza :( just had a bowl of granola instead of dinner.

Got pull ups and sit ups to do today then run days tomorrow and Sunday
 
I've eaten so much rubbish this weekend and drank alcohol I don't know where to start! I've been out for two runs though and I've had a good time so I'll assess the damage tomorrow and move on ;)

Urghh so far bloated and heavy!! Can't even tell you what the scales said this morning. Seriously need to reign it in otherwise I'll be back yoyoing again :(

Yoyo I had 4 hot cross buns, 2 chocolate bars and 8 biscuits on Saturday night. And that wasn't even the half of it. Friday and Sunday were probably worse. I've been spiralling on and off since November. Doing a 9 day detox to try and reset everything and get some discipline back.

You've been incredibly successful so can you draw on something that triggered a really successful streak in the past? Maybe aim small - like 2 perfect days ? Xx
 
You're an inspiration to rest of us yoyo. This is just a blip, you've got things back on track before, so believe you can do it again. I hope you feel better in the morning x
 
Can't be anywhere near as bad as my gain last year. At least you've weighed now, so can plan how to get it off xxx
