Just made the most fabulous curry, chicken, marinaded in pataks paste for 24 hours, cooked in butter and oil with a chopped onion, one of those tetra paks of chopped toms and a bit of cream to finish it off, proper nom grub. Had a little brown rice with it. Think I have just about got it out of my system now, going to try getting back on the shakes tomorrow so I don't lose the plot too far....................xx
