Hiya girlies!! I'm day 10 george and bloody starving. Got carbonara tonight but I'm bulking it up with a bit of chicken and zero pasta. I could eat my own arm today!! Lol
Had load of new exante bits come today gonna have the pizza Friday as a treat :) hope it's nice.
Bad thing is my peanut choc butter bars come I'm that hungry I could eat the lot. Dunno if having a few tic tacs yesterday knocked me out of ketois ?had parents eve n my furry mouth

Yeah lol. No cheese tho. 200 calories for base and tom topping and u can add mushrooms peppers onion ham chicken ect!! Mmmm

I think there is more to choose from on exante. I'm waiting for the risotto to come back in stock! I love risotto.
Can't wait to try the pizza and chilli tho.

Ive felt really munchy today, not sure why, probably my conversation with my sis about nachos might have done it haha

Like I said bit rubbery and has no taste. But mixed in your sauce it really bulks it up if yr hungry and makes u full :)

I feel totally stuffed now. What are u gonna have with it? Do Cambridge do food packs? U can't have it alone! Rinse really well it's in brine so smells foul! But one washed it's fine. Good on days when u could eat a dead dog lol ( me today )

Dont know, ill look at the meals exante have, its cheaper and i hear lots of good things about them. Cambridge do some meals aswell which i havent tried but it can be expensive

week1 - 14.5lb, week 2 -5.5lbs
 
They are still doing buy one get one free. I got 24 packs for £12.
The meals and choc pudding and bars don't make it feel like a diet and all the same calories as a shake.
U do have to tweak the meals add herbs or spices or seasonin but ok. I have been adding cabbage or broccoli to things like turkey dinner and shep pie so not like baby food but do the job of filling u up :)

No I had a wobble on my machine. Feel knackard today. I've just had a bath n early night. With my fella working away I sleep rubbish.
I'll have a blast on in tomorrow. That's the only thing on this diet I feel I have to energy! Or maybe I was running on sugar before with all the coke and skittles.... Mmmmm skittles lol. ( Homer Simpson drool )

Just be careful eat a propa meal the day before as it's dangerous drinking in ketosis

F*ck didnt realise that, well ill be eating at the italian before i drink so will that count? Dont want to eat bad 2 days in a row if that makes sense
