Yeah been good today feel so cold tho. Heating on full wack and still cold. Had shep pie pack with cabbage!! Was ok tho needed something warm in my tummy.
Only had a wobble today been so busy. Well done for getting back on track.

Is being cold a side affect? Ive been really cold the last 2 weeks as well? Ah sounds good, ive felt more peckish this week, im getting bored of my boring chicken or eggs but will cArry on!

Why doing u add stuff to ur chicken? Fry light onion add
Ground coriander , chilli, curry powder , ginger coat the onion in dry mix to release flavour the add half a cup of water and reduce then more water and reduce and add touch of tom purée and chicken. Simmer 20 mins or so and a tasty curry. :) fat free sauce :)

Ah ok will think of it as calorie burning ! Ooh sounds good! Ive been adding garlic and pepper but have to be careful or citric acid and salt as im not allowed them, not allowed onion but can have spring onion weirdly enough? But yeah ill try your recipe, it sounds nice! Would be even better with rice :(

U could chuck mushrooms in to bulk it out. Oh yes u add garlic with the onion I know something was missing. Why only spring onion I wonder. ?? Just have a did in yr cupboards n c what u can have and experiment cause if ur getting bored that's when u are tempted by other things.
What about fish or prawns? Do u like them?? They are really low fat x

Just looked at recipe it cumin and turmeric too lol.
I have a cupboard full of herbs and spices I love cooking.
None of the herbs or spices will have salt or citric acid in as they are all 100% what they say they are nothing else is added! :)

Unfortunately i hate fish, would be useful as there are a fea varities i could have typically enough. Its all green and white u can have whichs why im confused u cant have onion as there isnt much to an onion nutrition wise?.

What was the wobble u had?

I dont know why we do it to ourselves, i was watching jamie and jimmys programme and they were cooking southern fried chicken and also a curry, the one thing we watch when we cant eat is food programmes lol!

So the diets are pretty identical really! Am def gona look into it on payday. Well im poopoed so gona hit the sack, enjoy the rest of the hairy bikers lol

I'm on day 10!! Have maple syrup pancake pack for breakfast I was good. I did wake up starving for some reason tho this morning. Drank a pint of water n had a coffee and was still hungry. Don't want my next pack till 3ish tho then one tonight. If I have them too early I know I'll wanna pick!

Umm thats a nice way to start the day!! I had my shake now at home will have another one and then not sure if im having chicken or omlette for dinner yet

I have my moments im not gona lie but i have to be extreme to drop as much as i can before my hols but need the food to exercise as i think that will help more than just dieting in my case.

Im eating next weekend but gota try like mad to burn it off the week after so i stay on track

I'm not going till end August so don't wanna fall of the wagon that's y I'm adding a bit of food and taking it slow. So hungry just had a boiled egg!!! Feel bit better now
I'm also eating at the weekend, prob only the eve meal over the weekend.

Hi. Yes i also doing exante and now a size 18/20. Done cwmbridge 7 year ago and lost 6st . gained 2 last year aftet teo surgical operations. It tough for 10 days but now not hungry at all. But and a big but have two big events this next week. involving food.
 
I wish id taken my time like u sara to be honest, its probably the best way to go with it but typical me left it right til the end!
