Lol love that picture!! I'm the opposite - not great at being outspoken and putting my views across - at work - but then again I'm self employed plus I'm obviously getting better as I was quite plain in my email about this weeks cock up
 
Ps morning lovely people day 30 - who'd have thought it - went so slowly that first week & seems to have flown by since!!

Today is at home working out what I didn't get done yesterday, shopping for what's missed etc. still not seen the stirrer or anything from the later shows!! - but I will have time to use the stirrer thing tomorrow afternoon as when I finish the 2pm hour I have until 10pm to prep & practise with those ones - cant wait!!!!

Hope your day is easier than yesterday & your pedantic guy is performing well!!

Funny enough i was 10stone 2 when I first started 8 years ago!!! Stress hasn't been good to me - or should I say my way of dealing with stress hasn't been good!!! Not any more - I'm much more "what will be" about it now.

Still 2 stone to go - doesn't feel that close!! I knows it all relative but hardly skinny minny or remotely near yet I'll be hanging around here for ages yet.

Specially with this frid planned night out - I'm like you & find it hard once I've gone off track so hoping will be fine this time round. Think last time I was feeling much slimmer so easier to think oh well it's fine whereas nothing much has changed yet - I'm still in the same clothes so don't feel different yet do hoping that will make it easier for me to refocus. Fingers crossed anyway.

You have achieved so much, 2st will be gone soon, and you'll be slinking around the studio! ;)
Oh I struggle soooo much with social events, getting back on track for me is a nightmare. I'm in and out of ketosis, but your alot stronger than me so you'll be fine.
I can't wait till we all reach goal :)
But we mustn't disappear from this site, we need to maintain together, it's the maintaining the loss that is the hard part xxx

yes you are so right - I think we all know as well that losing it is almost the easy bit - i know CD is tough but it is afterwards is the bit that we really need to crack! otherwise well be back to square one again before we know it - I certainly do not want to have to do this again!!

thanks hun, just looking at your stats at the side - total weight loss 3st5lbs - that is an awesome amount - I know I saw it on the photos but seeing it in numbers is also very impressive!

With this diet it will only keep going down x as you are getting nearer your goal, I assume your body has to work harder to burn fat, because there is not such a big supply of it? Yep I agree 'the only way is down' :)

As you slim down your weight loss is slower cos you need less calories to maintain your current weight.
