Can't be in ketosis yet - I could eat absolutely anything RIGHT now!!!!

Nothing too deep but quite interesting - when daughter texted that exam not gone well - I noticed I immediately thought about food!!! It's how I deal with stress I know but spotted it as an immediate thing today.

Ok deep stuff over & done with now!
