extra session of body combat done this morning and walked to the gym so action plan has already started
 
Bit of a random food today with silly gym class times and dentist appointments, basically made two different things and picked at them throughout the day

caramelized onion houmous - HEB*2 for tahini+2.5syns for caramelised onion chutney
quorn meatball and spaghetti bake - HEA1+12syns

two exercise classes done - body combat and kettlebells

had planned on getting up early and going to the 9am body combat but i woke after 10 lol so plan B is kettlebells sess in the living room before brekkie/brunch -havent decided what i fancy yet

Had few people around for dinner and had planned days food to be within syns then my sis appeared with the naan bread, poppadoms, mango chutney and wine! Not worried though as reckon if counted my syns weekly i would still be within the 105. All good. Luckily her dog decided he fancied my wine so that put an end to that earlier than it couldve been!

Sneaky WI this morn is looking v promising. I am having to WI a day later than usual as our hall is closed for easter and im working wed then usually straight to kettlebells. Dont really want to go after kettlebells as ill have drunk loads of water...gonna investigate other classes around me today/tomorrow or else go beween work and be a lil bit late for kettlebells.

OK so i decided to allow myself ONE glass of wine when i was out on Mon night, lets just say that didnt exactly go to plan :eek: ended up having wine and vodka lol, then a maccy ds the next day to aid recovery :cool:

There i was sitting in work dreaming of my wrap for tea, getting all excited. Get home absolutely starving and oven on straight away, open freezer and realise that what i thought was quorn chicken dippers is in fact meatballs! Gutted is an understatement. So thats my lunch tomorrow once I get my shopping done!
