I have purchased a nutribullet (on ebay, cant beat a good bargain) and was wondering if anyone had any stories as to whether it helped them lose weight? I know some people will have negetive opinions about it, but each to their own
- I am at a desk 8 hours a day, and can handle shake diets
oohh and any recipes would be great too to help aid the weight loss, thank you in advance
