I made a spiced apple ScanBran cake. A whole one = 2 HExBs and no Syns. I plan to make it as muffins next time. 5 ScanBran (HExB1) Apple (cored, NOT peeled and chopped into small chunks) + level tbsp mincemeat (this is the 2nd HExB, but check weight of apple as I don't have the info with me) Yogurt (I used 170g plain ff as no Mullers in stock but think a banana & custard or toffee one would work) 1 beaten egg Spices and sweetener to taste. Combine ingredients well and microwave as usual. I found I needed a slightly larger container than usual, but maybe I had more yogurt than in a Muller and it took a good 10mins to cook. Good as a hot pudding or a cold cake.

This sounds yum! I did the Belgian choc and raspberry one last night for my taster group and it was lovely! Must give your one a go!
