I'm not sure what I want to say here. I think I have tried every diet there is - more than once. I have lost & regained several stones in weight but right now I'm a member of Slimming World - again..
I am trying to combine it with low carb because recently having read 'The Diet Dilemma' my trust of a high carb diet has gone. So it's S.W. red days for me.
My class weighs in on a Wednesday morning so I hope to return sporting a weight loss. I do no planned exercise so I don't expect miracles.
