Up at 5.20 cos Sam was chasing the kitten up and down stairs! We,ve only had it since Thurs night and i,ve had enough already! Sam was a swine yesterday! He covered it in cat litter,and while I was in the shower I heard him shout 123 go! just before he dropped it off the top stair-luckily it landed on the second stair! Its gotta go cant stand the stress-i need chocolate already!

Don,t u just luv,em! Next door neighbour must think i,m the mum from hell-i,ve done nothing but shout and ball this morning! Just psyched myself up 2 take the cat back and the son came 2 the window and said she was getting dressed! Got 2 do it all again in a minute.Dont know what I,ll do if she says no! Favourite option is lock myself in the garden with a bottle of wine!

See neither of those floats my boat at all! Wines about the only thing I like these days.I used to drink Strongbow (or the rock bars own scrumpy) when I went out.How I used to drink 5 n a half pints of that on a long night and get up 4 work is beyond me! sound like a right old coffin dodger dont I !? Lol!

TBH hun I feel so tired this morning that I dont know what 2 think! I feel so enormous though-the last time I weighed this was when I was 5 months pregnant! Pig sick or what! To cap it all i,ve got a lovely spot on my cheek with all the crap i,ve been eating!

My sis n her oh have been havin them not only have they lost weight but they have bags of energy and there skin is glowing they luck realy health i want to feel like that. im sick oem lucking like crap and constantly feeling tired.x

Yeah but I shouldnt have spots at 48!!Not sure where I stand with smoothies on SW. If I remember rightly they have to be synned cos when u mash fruit it doesnt fill you up like whole fruit so its easy to overeat/drink.Still good for you though-might be worth a few syns-especially with berries cos they,re superspeed foods!Are u still gonna do the calorie counting thingy then matey?
