Official weekly weigh in.

I've re-weighed as my last weigh in was after a PV and only 5 days since the last! So today, I weigh in at 10st 11!!! I have to add 3kg to each weigh in I do at home, but that's then 71.5 kg which is a loss of 0.9 kg since yesterday :0 that's 2 lb so 3lb this week

My weekly weigh-in was on Friday but I didn't have time to post then. A loss of 4 lbs!! I can't believe it! My best ever, by far. No idea why - maybe my body has finally got the message about what it's supposed to be doing!

It's weight off. The pills just curb the appetite but I'm still following the diet strictly

Alottolose, I can't say. My last post that had the name in it got deleted because it's banned in the UK I guess. Sorry. But all it does is suppress the Appetite.

I tried to Message you but it says you don't allow private messaging. I thought it would be okay as well but the maintainer messaged me that she deleted my thread because I mentioned it and it was positive and since it was banned in the UK she didn't want people going online to buy the product!

mini weigh in after 3 PP days 5.5lb loss, O/H has lost 7lbs and my son has lost 4.5lbs so happy bunnies all round. proper weigh in will be saturday
