Hey girls Wkend has finally landed 4 me Hurray!!! I've a few bits of paperwork to do 4 next wk but dat won't take long!! Ta 4 tip Busybusy I'll stock up on it 2 Moro!! Hope d weather is nice over d wkend so we can get out and about!! I'm Hopin we can go for a family cycle on Sun
A friend and I r going to a spa tomoro for lots of pampering Belated bday present Amnt I SO lucky!!! Lookin 4ward to destressing and gettin some ME time....... Feels likes yrs since I've done dat!! Have a fantastic wkend!! No doubt I'll b droppin in Ya know me... Can't keep me away!

Update for today... Got my 'thingy' as I call it (TOTM) dis morn so tired out this evenin. Bad timing with massage etc at spa tomoro as won't want anyone touching my tummy...just typical!!!
Tired out too so no exercise. Probably explains d few spots.... Had hot CHoc shake with coffee dis morn, half Tesco Ultraslim bar 4 lunch, other half at 3.30 Decided I needed another Ultraslim bar b4 visiting relations so can only have bouillon tonite and water as have had enough Coke Zero. Don't mind as not hungry! SO glad week flew by at work Only one more wk to do til we've a Bank Holiday Yipee Hope ye r all winnin girls

Nitey nite all Had bouillon which warmed me up nicely Then baked buns and a boiled fruit cake 4 my father in law who is sick!! Kids put 2 bed b4 I delivered what I baked....OH hurt his knee at work!!! Too many male crocks in my life.....tired out Time 4 bed Sweet dreams y'all!!!! Til tomoro

Ah Tanx LW Ur very kind Woke in d middle of d nite so was reading diaries 4 thinspiration.... ... Gr8 way of keepin 'in d TS zone' ....and u certainly have inspired me.... Amazing journey
altogether....know all about loose skin...as have a gross loose belly after 2 Csections.....Also went to surgeon a few yrs ago and was told I'm a suitable candidate 4 surgery.....told it wud cost EUR5000 then a wk l8r I was told dat quote was wrong dat it wud cost EUR7000 HELLO!!!.....need a money tree.... Think I'd b nervous to have 'cosmetic surgery' as TIs an operation dat isn't entirely necessary but it does get me down as I absolutely h8 it..... And get fed up wearin ' magic knickers' everyday!!!
Ru stickin with Thurs WI? I'm Sittin on d couch in my pjs under a fab blankey one of my best friends crocheted 4 me while kids watch kiddies tv
Lookin 4ward to a mug of decaf coffee shortly and a pint of water Goin to hold first shake off til eleven seeing as its d wkend and day is long!!!

Hey DL Yip goin gr8 today Kinda chilly so on my third porridge today! Like urself I'm on soya or rice milk when I'm not doin Exante- gettin used to a black decaf coffee so not sure if Ill ever convert back! Wearing a brown tweed skirt dat I haven't worn in 2 yrs so know how u feel!! Where does d wkend go? Lots of showers here today so didn't get out Between my parents callin to visit and then visiting my inlaws I didn't fit in any exercise. Will b up and out of bed tomoro morn at 6 to do DVD b4 work Might go for a quick jog if it's dry!!! Hope u had a super day!!! Won't find til next WI .... gosh d longer Ur doin Exante d easier it gets- gr8 deterrent not to fall off d wagon!!! Keep up d gud work.... Not long more to go...... Ul surprise urself yet and will buy a 2 piece swim suit.... I bet!!! Keep smilin!!!
