Not killed anyone or reached for the nasties, stuffed actually after chicken & prawns followed by a big bowl of tofu creme.

Don't know what to do about weighing in tomorrow after 2 slip ups this week. Will decide in the morning I think
 
Hi how u doing today, hope u are feeling better. Dunno if u weighed on not or what u decided about weightloss this week but just wanted to say if u dont want to count the loss/sts/gain then dont! Just keep going like u already proved u can and put whats happened behind u, sun is out, u have lost a fab amount of weight and u are in control, best wishes thinking of u ;-)

:D I decided not to weigh in, thought if it showed a gain then it might turn into another blow out so head down & hope next week shows a loss even a STS would be fine to get back on track.

Still got my miseries on though but at least I'm not reaching for comfort food now. Have been really busy at work today that I forgot to eat my lunch...tut tut. Actually after reading a few posts I don't think I am eating enough pure protien so next week I'm going to up my intake & see how I get on.

I've just finished a mountain of ironing & I cut the grass when I got in from work so thats 2 jobs less to do this weekend. now chilling waiting for the painkillers to kick in for my back & just need to do my fake tan.

Must admit i get irritated when im tried, and ive been tired this week, if you dont want to weigh yourself then thats fine, put this week down to experience and move on. Overall you've had a fab weight loss, don't forget that. Chin up kid Cxx
 
I'm absolutley done in, my poor back is in bits. I may suffer tomorrow because I've over done it. Put in a load of bedding plants, done my tubs & hanging baskets. It all looks lovely but I'm suffering.

So yesterday was a PV day

L Roast beef salad
D BBQ - homemade burgers, tandoori chciken, chicken breast done with herbs from the garden, salad, roasted veg & a homemade dip (ff yogurt, fresh mint, garlic, sweetner, chilli)

4 cups of tea, 2 classes of diet coke & 2 litres of water

Today was a PV day too

B Bacon, poached eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes 2 cups of tea
L Roast beef & loads of veg
D Muffins & FF yogurt

3 litres of water, 2 glasses of diet coke.

Early night for me I think !
 
jojo, green fingers you certainly have girl. Youve had a great Dukan weekend food wise and you have earned that early night xxx:nightf:
 
Back is in bits still today, walking like John Wayne :)

Forgot my lunch today so have had to have packaged meat, don't like tuna after I was sick on it once so had to take a trip to Asda.

hope your not in too much pain - dukan going great, I have roast beef regularly from the supermarket so dont worry about that - Im rubbish at cooking roast beef anyway

Happy I'm back on track although because of my back I know i've not eaten enough this week.

Went to Holland & Barrett this morning to get some more oatbran & there was a note left on my car "Sorry i don't usually do this but I couldn't resist saying how gorgeous & sexy you are. text if you want" & he left his number OMG !!!!!! I felt really self concious after that, like i was being watched. I wouldn't mind either but I'd scrapped my hair in a pony & had no make up on. TDM said he must have been on his way to the opticians !!!!!!!

Keys have arrived for the lotty, I must try & resist going down there until my back is less painful !!!!
