Oh god Jo, thank goodness you and pol decided to share, imagine if you had been on your own, thats really scary. I bet you got up for wee in the night, slipped on water and the fall has cleared your memory of it, its a thing that does happen (I know ;) ). Too right there should be an investigation, sounds like leaking taps or something. As for free night, hmmm doyou really want to go back there!!!

Id just bobbed on to say you looked fab and gorgeous on your pics and then what do I see .......... My goodness what a bang - Good job Mrs W was there to sort it out. Ah Jo hope your OK and why not feel sorry for yourself .............
 
Thank you girls but I don't deserve any sympathy

T, not sure what time we got to the hospital about 5.30am-ish. I called TDM about 7.30 when we got called through. I was discharged just after midday - delay due to scans & waiting to have the stitches. So he brought me home.

My eye has closed up today & every time I look the bruise has spread.

Been told to limit my computer use, so I've not been online much since it happened. TDM has banished my laptop & iPad so I'm on my phone whilst he's in the kitchen.

Not looked to deeply at the pics on FB but I look a heffalump ! The camera tells so many lies, I'm really a size 10 :)
 
Oh lordy what an end to your evening - glad you are okay though your eye sounds painful.....
Looking at the pics I see a booooootiful lady with a gorgeous smile and a fantastic pair of boobs - you are a curvy gal and a stunning one!!!!

Oh my God, Jo! This is the first opportunity I've had to come on here and I can't believe what happened! Please don't feel ashamed, we've all been there one way or another. Pol is an absolute diamond mind, remember how she marched us across Birmingham to Snow Hill station, dragging my suitcase for me, so I could catch the midnight train to my sister's! If you're going to get pissed, make sure you're with Pol (on the other hand, if you hadn't been then perhaps things wouldn't have got so messy!!)
