for some reason just eating yog / cereal then a main meal is really filling me up and helping me to carry on! may stick to it
cereal for breakie yog for lunch then main meal, and might swap it round to yog for breakie and cereal lunch sometimes!

loveeely jubbly! , on tablets for 2 months and then might need to be on them perm
hate tablets at the best of times! ... side affect bloating! noooo lmao bloody cant win but ah well
7 weeks till hols woo need 7lbs off AT LEAST!
