Olympics Challenge....

The Olympics starts in 100 days, and I would love to feel a lot slimmer and more athletic. I'm planning to stick to my plan for the next 100 days and am aiming to lose 40lbs. I will also hopefully be well into my training for a10k. Does anyone fancy joining me. Just add your name.100 days is such a short time in ones life but yet it is enough to make a huge step towards a healthier, happier and fitter life!

Love it! Would like to lose about the same amount. What diet are u planning to do and which day do you plan to weigh in?
