ONE FOR THE GIRLS!!!!

Hi ladies
Just about to complete my 2nd week (weigh in tomorrow) but I'm concerned that my TOTM has been very odd this week its been much heavier than normal and lasted all week so far and still goin which is very unlike me. Has anyone else experienced this,
I've also noticed its affected my weight loss this week, loss ins 13lbs last week and what appears to be nothing this week :-(
Some help would be great :)
 
Hi. I have heard some ppl periods seem heavier and on occasion last quite a long time. Wouldnt worry too much" but if your really worried speak to a gp as for use weight loss sometime when on totm you hold on to water weight. Or you may find that you stil lose weight upon your weigh in day. For some reason this diet can hold on to weight then shed it on weigh day. I read of ppl that lost at begining and nothing the rest of the week. Seriously dont panic what ever you do" you should see a better lost the following week best of luck hun.
 
I think I'm ready for my totm but not worried I know any STS or gain is only temp and week after will show better results! Thanks though x just tried coffee in my vanilla shake for first time it's almost like liquid coffee cake lol yum

Never tried it" how do you do that. Do you make the whole shake then have a bit in the coffee. I have always been to scared to try any of the recipes :)first time and this time around
 
I mixed teaspoon of coffee with lil bit if boiling water and left to cool. When it was cool I made up shake as usual and then chucked in cooled coffee to taste gave it a lil shake and voila! It was nice x I'm going to add it to the choc too I read somewhere on here it makes a really tasty shake x
 
Try some chilli in the chocolate for a different warming drink at night.

Very yummy.
