one step at a time

Frozen yoghurt and frozen grapes - any good?

I froze a muller once and I didn't really like it...

Anyway, keep up the good work x

frozen grapes are a MUST!!!! esp the red ones! they are really lovely, sorbet like and actually stop me from eating too many as you cant just throw a handful in your mouth and squelch them about until you swallow.. each grape becomes 3/4 individual bites! i've also found that even the tartest of grapes taste lovely when frozen, lol

recently i've been finding lots of grapes in the reduced section in tescos as their sell by is up. these are perfect for the freezer and work out really cheap!

as for the frozen yoghurts, i think the best thing to do with these is put them in the bottom of the freezer about 3 hours before you plan on eating it. then it'll not be fully frozen and you can get your spoon in there.. any harder and they become a block of ice. still lovely but too much work involved scraping layers of ice.. tho i suppose a good food processor could turn it into a sorbet for ya

def worth giving both a try! have tried frozen bananas also but only the once, lol

I love frozen grapes too, they're a delish treat. You've reminded me, I've got a banana in the freezer which I put in to try a couple of days ago... no idea what it's going to be like!!

Weigh in tomorrow. If you’d have asked me yesterday morning if I’d be expecting a loss come Sunday it would have been a 100% yes! Now I'm not so sure.. have had a few not so cleaver days and am now dreading the weigh in tomorrow! Lol

Hey!!

12lbs!!! :553:

Thats fantastic, you must be really chuffed. The body is funny sometimes isn't it... must have been a special cupcake.... (runs to find a cupcake.!)

Must have given you a good boost to have another great week. Your doing so well, keep it and congratulations!

Claire!x

thanks claire! prob wont lose now for another month but happy with the number! hehe

i'm in shock! and awe! well done mister :D if your losses slow down with the occasional green days like mine did, you could give red a try :) seems like your body responds really well to changes! what's the lightest weight you'd want to be? x

thanks Ali! i'm not a thin person, i've never been a thin person, i dont actually want to be a thin person, so i think 16 stone would prob be a nice figure to sit at... though that's a long way off and IF i do ever get to that point i may re-evaluate

Wow congratulations on your loss - you must be so pleased!!

VERY pleased indeed Sarah, although it'll prob all go to waste as i'm eating out twice this week for friends birthdays... well, one friend's birthday, with 2 meals, lol

may have to go find me some more quorn to scoff until then :)

I'm an Extra Easy man (been called that for years, but that’s another story). I like my meat. I like my carbs! If anyone talks about SW I talk about Extra Easy, I tell them it’s the way to go. All that said Green seems to be giving me good results and as I’ve 2 birthday dinners to attend this week, both, I’m sure with cake (it would be rude to refuse), I’m going to have to go Green for a few more days!
