Onken yogurts

My consultant has just posted on our groups Facebook page that Onken have change the sweetener for sugar in their fat free yogurts. So they are no longer free. Vanilla is now 1syn per 100mls or 4.5syns for the whole pot. Strawberry is now 1.5 Syns per 100mls & 6.5 Syns per pot.

There's already a thread about this in the syn values forum - I think those values may be wrong though

Someone posted the nutritional info and I ran it through the calculator but it came out different. Someone else should double check though
