Well so much for the 8 syns i had a flake that my sister brought me as well takin me to 17 syns opps!!! well tomorrow is a new day!!

I'm also off to Turkey (again) this summer and hoping to lose 10lbs before I go i'm more determined than ever this year!
Not doing slimming world just cutting out the evil carbs like bread/pasta/rice etc and working out more so I should get there slowly but surely! - I got a lot of time but no willpower! lol

The flake was lovely!! I blame my sister though she's a feeder lol!!! We had a great wee night though and got lots sorts for her!! She was super excited so its all gd!!

I went a few years back and stayed in the Stratosphere, although we only stayed for one night. We were travelling around a bit, LA, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, etc. I'm sure you'll have a fab time!

I haven't been before I'm sooo excited my aunt goes almost every year i'm so jealous of her!
I went to NY for my 17th so I decided on Las Vegas for my 21st - it's becoming a bit of a tradition xD
I really wana do the whole black cocktail dress in the casino thing haha - when in rome!

I love Las vegas the hubby and me were there for 2 weeks in August and it was the best 2 weeks of my life!!!!!!!!! There is so much to see and do u will have an absolutly fabulous time!!! We are going back in 3 yrs for my 30th!!! Where are u staying in Vegas?? We stayed in the planet hollywood and got a free upgrade to a beliagio fountain facing room as it was our honeymoon. It was a beautiful room. I loved the planet hollywood as it was aimed at our age range and the casino was nice and lively as some of the casinos were aimed at older ppl.

We are going to Marmaris in Turkey for 2 weeks!!! That is the part we always go to I love it cause all the wee shop keepers and resturants were we eat remember you. I dont think u get service like it anywere else.

A girl in work brought us all in a big pot of stew for lunch with was so nice of her so i couldnt not have some lol. She made it with extra lean mince and it did have bisto in it so that wasnt so bad i am making that the only syns i have today. Maybe try and pull lback some of the damage from yesterday lol!!!


Todays meal plan is:
Breakfast: Hifi bar HXB pear and a banana
Lunch: Bowl of stew I am guessing 5 syns
Dinner: rainbow trout (caught by my wee son lol) rice, green beans and carrots

Total syns 5

I woke up this morning and felt soooo sick. I thought my vertigo was back but at about half 10 or so it just went away. Im so glad its away cause i am going out with the work girls for a few drinks tonight. So i am having a flexible syns day. I don't want to go over 40 syns so i have tried to stick on plan with my food for breakfast and lunch.

So meals were
Breakfast: hifi bar HXB and x2 pears
Lunch: smoked haddock pea 1 potato celery and a mandrain orange.
Dinner will be a boils rice with peas onions and mushrooms and gravy maybe 6syns so that allows me to have 34 syns for drink lol

Ok so i had a bad day yesterday lol!!! I wasnt on plan all day so not expecting a loss at all this week. I will be lucky to maintain. That is why i hate going out cause i find it so hard to get back on track the next the day. I know that i cant life my life not going out so i guess its just gonna take me longer to get to my goal weight than most lol!!
Not to sure how my dinner will plan out yet as i have to go food shopping after work.
Today i will have:
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and 1 wholemeal toast HXB
Lunch: mug shot and an orange

Am having a day like that today too, really off plan. Best thing for me after a night out is that I have prepared food ready for me to grab straight from the fridge for when I'm to hungover to cook. hope you managed to get back on track x

So i was pleasantly surprised by my weigh in this morning I Lost a pound!!!!!!!!! I am so chuffed as I was really bad all weekend just gotta catch myself on and make sure the bad weekend doesn't turn into a bad week!! I am trying to make up for the weekend so i can get 2 and half pounds off next week and get my 2 stone award and my club 10!!! Here is too my super motivated week!!!!!

Today i will have:

Breakfast: a pear 3 eggs and 2 nimble HXB
Lunch:Ainsley Harriott World Kitchen, Szechuan Style Rice with added mushrooms and 2 oranges
Dinner: Chicken goujons 10Syns and sw chips and beans with a fruit salad.

Total syns 10
