Operation Miami - Dukan Diet

So today I decided to have some Slimatee...no word of a lie, I have been visited by the toilet fairy 5 times today and counting.

If those scales dont go down dramatically tomorrow, I will feel cheated lol!

Oh and fancy that I have to go to holland barett tomorrow,oh I was going to ask u as a fellow sugar free sweet addict apart from the obvious do u get any other symptoms
The reason I ask is because i keep getting really bad night sweats,it might be because I've been under the weather,also how many max do u have a day? Xx

I don't have more than 3 a day (if I have them).

I've only had the tummy rumbles, no sweats whatsoever luvvie.

Honestly, I thought your avatar pic was just you done up for a night out. A bit high maintenance maybe, but glam! Haha, does make much more sense now!

I love a bit of soca although I only know the stuff we hear over in the UK. Got into reggaeton when I was in Latin America too - do you disapprove?! Miami sounds like it will be amazing! Hope we get decent weather for Notting Hill this year - if it's like this it's gonna be....soggy!!

I pray NC is sunny, as I know it's definitely raining til' early August :(
 
Oh wow, what a difference to your tum! That's amazing! And there was you worrying you were going to have spare folds of skin just a few weeks ago! Brilliant, no danger of you slipping off the wagon now you've got these pics to keep you motivated!!

I'm a big tofu fan but you definitely have to flavour it. Those tofu sticks sound great although where everyone's finding this reduced fat parmesan and the emmental under 5% stuff mentioned in the books is beyond me! You ever seen it?

No I haven't.

The supermarkets I go to certainly don't sell the healthier versions.

I will taste success when I sit down and the belly no longer rolls up lol!

I weigh less than my last trip to Miami (three years ago) #Result!

Bob, even if I have to shake a skeleton...some sort of dance movement will be coming out of my bottom region lol!
