Opinions / suggestions on my daily diet / exercise....

I am going to try and mix it up, different salad / veg / protein options as you suggested. I found the recipe for magic pancakes on here and they sound delish - definitely gonna try those. On and speed soup souds good too.

Let us know how you do I love the pancakes I save them for when I'm struggling on red and need some comfort yummyness it feels like a real treat
