I nipped into asda before work tonight and got a cooked chicken! Going to have that with baked potatoes and savoury rice. Then yoghurt afterwards. Got a wee mug shot for later if I am hungry

I met my sw consultant in Asda and she said it was fine aslong as I removed all the fat etc from the chicken

Hm....we've always been led to belive that they're not free! In the big food directory they mention syns per 100g and on the website x

Mmmm i am going to post this on the site and see what everyone else says. Thats weird how my consultant says they are free and you are not sure ... uv got me worried now :-( x

They've been specculation that they inject with fat etc to keep them moist, but this has never been proved.
But, if you search asda chicken they'll bring up loads of posts x
