The white things on tip of tongue are burnt taste buds. They're really painful... really cant make my throat numb today.

Breakfast - none
Lunch - Taglette, bacon and mushroom sauce (from SW magazine). Taglette, 150g button mushrooms, 2 rashes of bacon, chopped tomatoes, 1 red pepper, herbs, tomato puree.
Dinner - double burger, skinny fries and salad. Heb for bread.

Snacks & other things, (no syning my meds). 1 ice lolly thing - 1syn i think. Qauvers - 4syns, curly wurly 6syns - chocolate was a big mistake :/

Eont be having my hea due to dairy creating flem.

Weighed in at home today as I'm just too unwell for anything in group. Plus no money at all.

2.5lb gain... which I think is amazing for a holiday in Cornwall :)
 
Definitely good, i am already dreading weighing in after holidays, got weigh in next week, and then on holiday from friday for a week...if i gain more than 2lb i am stuffed pretty much (knowing what my weight loss is like) for reaching my october target and i want to reach that one more than my holiday one.

Tongue/throat any better today? I never syn meds either.
 
Woke up with my ears aching bad, throat is a tiny bit more manageable but but I can't tell if it's the pain meds I've taken or what... haha I think it most likely is because it hurt more this morning.

This morning I've had a bacon sandwich (HEB, with 1tbsp of ketchup, and 2 tomatoes) I'll try some oranges later as snacks to give myself some vit c.
Raining here, hows it for you there?

I usually gain loads on holiday too, 8lb is my biggest for a week in Cornwall. however I really really went over board like I'd come home and never get to eat again. This time I choose smaller meals and kept away from cakes and only had 1 of everything I wanted, Fish and chips, 1 cake, 1 pasty... 2 McDonalds (lol) and we walked alot.
 
B - 2 slices of bacon, fat removed, 1 tomato, wholemeal bap heb, ketchup, 2syns.
L - cup of tea, ice pop 1 syn.
D - grilled chicien with jerk spice, wedges and salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber. Mayo -2syns

S - grapes.

Lunch - Egg Mayo sandwich (HEB) 2 eggs, Cucmber 2 tbsp of Lightest Light Mayo. 1/2syn per tbsp = 1 syn.
Dinner - Tomato and Basil chicken with fries and salad (seems to be a theme this week, chips and salad lol)

S - Coke Zero, banana, 1 cherry tomato. 1 tomato mugshot.

It was raining here yesterday too, back sunny today though, hope this sun holds out for another 2 weeks so we get it on holiday!
 
So it might be best to let it rain for 2 weeks then sunshine??

I'm not syning properly atm, the only thing I know is I'm below syns most days.

scales have already dropped to 15st 1lb, I weighed in at 15st 4.5lb when I got back from holiday. x
 
tomato paste and passata is free but not ketchup.
 
Lol. I meant, we're out of tomatoes so I didn't have any superfree on it... :)

Gypsies have moved into our beautiful overgrown field out back and the street is going mental. Kids are winding them up and apparently there's going to be trouble when the older men get home from work... :/

I don't mean to be stereotypical, but i've doubled checked the shed and other things, nothing really valueable in their but it's still not nice to be stolen from. I'm hoping they'll prove everyone here wrong and not be the bad gypsies that give their 'culture' a bad name. One of the girls has already attacked a women living near them because she was 'staring at them' :/
 
Fell off this weekend. Meal out Saturday, take away tonight. back on it 100% tomorrow now it's out my system. I can't WI this week due to work again which might mean I'm being too lazy becaue I don't have to face a WI... I'll get refocused!
 
Okay so day 1 of my being back on plan 100%. I can't weigh in this Wednesday but I still can't slack because of that.

Breakfast -
Lunch - heinz tinned ravaoli - 3 syns, homemade roasted meditarian soup, everything is superfree in it. - butternut squash, peppers, onions, veg stock. 2 slices of eggy bread heb.
Dinner -
Snacks -

Exercise - Walking to the doctors to collect my sick note, putting the blind up in the bedroom and the coat rack in the hall, clearing the front livingroom for the arrival of our sofa bed tomorrow.

I'm struggling, ate a lot of chocolate yesterday, felt like I was trying to punish myself somehow...

Had 4 sausages for breakfast - 2 syns and some ketchup - 1 syn and 2 pieces of bread HEB.
 
So 2 weeks og group missed because of work, another one scedualled so gonna try and go a group on monday I think.
 
Well, I'm not sure how much weight I may have put on with the last week being off plan. I've not eaten loads until this weekend, BBQ party on Friday here... including birthday cakes. I forgot to take food to work so ended up having a chicken and a cheese burger there... Finished off the BBQ meat last night and as it's Daniels birthday today, we're going the Beefeater tonight. I'm hoping I can order easy slimming world friendly food for delivery tomorrow and get back on plan, I go back to classes a week on Wednesday so got just over aweek to get rid of anything I've gained. xx
 
Scales went up to 15 4.5 and now back down to 15 1.

Breakfast - 3 soft boiled eggs and 2 pieces of toast - HEB 1 cup of tea with milk HEA.
Lunch -
Dinner - CousCous salad.
 
Yesterday was day 1 of being back on plan after my first official weigh in after 3 weeks off plan.
I gained 2.5lb making me 15st 4.5lb.

Today
Breakfast - 35g of Cheerios HEB with milk HEA. Orange.
Lunch - Mugshot chicken 1 syn. 1 Banana, cup of tea.
Dinner - Sausage sandwich (2syns + 5syns for bread and 1syn for tsp of ketchup) salad, tomato and cucumber. 2 mini corn on the cob.

Snacks - Jelly Tots bag - 5syns. Diet coke.

Syns = 13syns.

2.5 isn't too bad, not after being off plan for 3 weeks anyway :)
